A little throwback to the girl who dreamed big, prayed hard, and trusted every closed door. ( And trust, there were MANY closed doors)

From castings and test shoots… working a 9 to 5 all while caring for my Grandmother full time. Every season taught me something!
Even when times felt real bleak.. his timing has always been perfect 🤍

Grateful for the journey.
Still becoming. 🤍

I’m proud to say I’m from Jacksonville Nc. Growing up a multiracial child I did often feel like I was somewhere “ in between “ not quite feeling as though I ever really could fit in. As I come home to visit now, I love to see how much it’s grown in diversity. Warms my heart especially to see so many small business owners flourishing!
Growth is beautiful and necessary! 🔑

This past SoulFull Sunday, as we celebrated Catherine Brewton, the building was filled with greatness. Tyler Perry, Kirk Franklin, Jonathan McReynolds, Zacardi Cortez, Vashawn Mitchell.. and more.

But this isn’t about celebrity.
This is about a calling.

SoulFull Sunday has become a space where inspiration and fellowship meet.. and where God’s presence is undeniable.
You never know who’s going to walk through those doors.. but one thing’s for sure. Your soul will leave full.

Special thanks to @c_brewton for choosing @seasalthowellmilll to host an Epic Birthday Brunch. We appreciate you🩷

What a way to wine down. 🍷✨

It was amazing to return to the genuine conversations that help us evolve, exchange wisdom, build meaningful connections, and discover new ways to collaborate.

The @seasalthowellmilll patio was filled with heavy hitters, but beyond the titles, accomplishments, and businesses, it was filled with true gems.

A special thank you to @brittmatice for sharing so many valuable gems about business, ownership, and her journey. Closing out Black Business Month by connecting to support a minority woman-owned business, and honoring the woman behind it made the evening even more meaningful.

Thank you to every Gem who joined us, poured into the conversation, and made the Working Women Wine Down Mixer such a beautiful experience.

For more opportunities to connect, grow, and collaborate with other ambitious professional women, be sure to join the CBG Society. 💕
