We couldn’t be more excited to announce our next retreat: Lake Atitlán, Guatemala.

A land of mystical mountains, fiery volcanoes, and water that feels like it cleanses the soul.

Join us for a week of yoga, adventure, rest, and exploration as we move through the cycles of change through the elements: earth, water, fire, air, and ether.

We’ll share a beautiful home overlooking the lake, practice yoga in the mornings, hike volcanoes, swim in Lake Atitlán, explore by boat, and leave plenty of room for whatever the week wants to become.

This Mardi Gras, trade the chaos for something intentional.

The last time I went to Lake Atitlán, I came home different.

There’s something about this land. It pulled me out of where I’d been and catapulted me into the next version of my life.

And I mean that literally.

Within weeks, nearly every major area of my life began shifting upward in ways I never could have planned.

Awakening Shakti.

Beautiful weekend at @nolayogafest together with @leelayogalifestyle 🥲 this lovely cathedral was home to the Shiva Stage for 4 days, and @brittnee_yoga kicked off the final day with this powerful sun-drenched morning flow.

Missy and Dylan were floating around giving yummy assists, because we know how important is it to feel supported.

I was fortunate to be able to attend the festival while also celebrating the success of the podcast, which released my 100th episode while I was there! The 100th episode coincided well with my 10-year anniversary of daily yoga, mediation and breath work practices, which i dove more into on the episode. I’ve been sitting on a little secret for the past two months..

Back in March — Friday the 13th, to be exact — I “eloped”… or at least that’s what I like to say.

I legally bound myself to the yoga studio I’ve loved and called home for the past five years.

It feels surreal and deeply special to finally share that I’m officially co-owner of Leela Yoga.

And honestly, I couldn’t imagine a better person to step into this with. My business partner @alliepaigez has felt more like an auntie than a boss from the very beginning- kind, open-hearted, wildly supportive, and deeply devoted to this community.

If you know me, you know how much this space has meant to me over the years.

Leela has been a safe harbor. A place that fed me when I was empty. A place that brought me back to myself again and again. A spiritual outlet. A chosen family. A place to breathe, move, heal, laugh, cry, fall apart, and glow up.

So to now help hold this space… is such an incredible honor.

If you’ve never been to @leelayogalifestyle , this is your official invitation.
