Half a Billion in Career Sales 🤯

10 years ago, getting my real estate license was just a quiet conversation between Drew & me on the couch.

In 2017, I drove to my first real estate class with absolutely no idea what God had planned for us.

Somewhere along the way, God’s plan became so much bigger than anything we could have ever imagined.

Our family. Our agents. Our clients. Our friends. Our community. The people who have believed in us, trusted us, referred us & spoken our names in rooms full of opportunities; who continue to refer us every single day.

Half a billion later, I mostly just feel grateful… and a bit tired 🤣

God has been so, so good to us. ❤️🥹

Some wins mean a little more!🏆

For the second year in a row, BF Realty has been recognized as one of the Fastest 55 Growing Companies in Greater Cincinnati. What started as a bold vision just a few years ago continues to prove that doing business with integrity, putting people first, and refusing to settle for average still works.

Growth isn’t measured only in numbers. It’s measured in the families we’ve served, the agents we’ve helped build careers, the community we’ve invested in, and the culture we’ve protected every step of the way.

To our incredible team, our clients, our referral partners, our families, and everyone who’s believed in us, THANK YOU! You are the reason this journey is possible!

We’re just getting started. 🚀

You all sure know how to make a girl feel special! 🥰

Bosses Day + Our 5 Year Anniversary = feeling all of the LOVE! 🥹

**The behind the scenes of what it really looks like taking pictures with a numbered balloon, with totally willing kids, on the side of the road in the middle of rush hour shall be shared at a later date 🤣

Thank you Ashley Knobbe - Loan Officer, Karen Sims, Kayla Snell & everyone else who made me feel so LOVED today & everyday! I see you, I appreciate you & as I sit down for the first time today, I’m soaking it all up! ❤️❤️❤️ by @brittney_frietch

LOWEST. EVER. RECORDED. 📉

That’s what the latest NAR Pending Home Sales Index is reporting.

Meanwhile, BF Realty is UP 20% year over year. 📈

And our agents?

Ashlee +538%
Kayla +209%
Kandy +109%
Michele +95%
Heather +25%
Meredith +20%
Alison +3%

Same industry. Same challenges. VERY different results.

We didn’t build BF Realty to be like everyone else.

And the numbers speak for themselves.

BUILT DIFFERENT. 🖤 by @brittney_frietch

The world was shutting down. 😷

We were opening doors.

6 years ago, Drew & I took one of the biggest leaps of faith of our lives & opened our Loveland office.

We didn’t know then that those same 4 walls would one day become home to our very own brokerage, BF Realty.

We just knew we were being called to build something different.

6 years. Countless families. More blessings than we could ever count.

Here’s to never being afraid to answer the call. 🤍
