One thing I’ve always loved about what I do is that it’s never just about showing homes or getting a deal to the closing table. For me, it’s about putting the full picture together.

I spend time really understanding where my clients are financially, what they’ve built, what they’re holding, and where they want to go next. Then we map out a plan that actually aligns with that bigger vision.

Because at the end of the day, this isn’t just real estate. It’s part of your long game. by @brittonsanders

SOLD | 1052 Penman Road | $448,500 🏡

This one was especially rewarding!

We had the pleasure of working with a great couple who had been trying to sell their Jacksonville Beach home for six months with another brokerage, but unfortunately hadn’t been able to get it sold.

After meeting with them and putting together a fresh marketing strategy, we brought the home back to market at roughly the same asking price and had it UNDER CONTRACT WITHIN 24 HOURS!

Same house. Nearly the same price. Different results.

We couldn’t be happier for our sellers and truly appreciate the opportunity to earn their trust and get the job done!

Thinking about selling? Sometimes a different approach makes all the difference.

Our community showed up in a HUGE way today!! ❤️🩸

OVER 140 units of blood products were collected! That is absolutely insane and truly amazing.

To put that into perspective, there are days when collecting just five units at a normal blood drive is considered a big win. What our community accomplished today was incredible.

Thank you to every single person who took time out of their day to show up, donate, volunteer, support, and help make today possible. Our family is forever grateful!

If you could not make it today, @angiessubshop will be hosting the next blood drive on Tuesday October 13th in just 10 days. Look forward to seeing you there! #jacksblooddrive #jackstrong by @brittonsanders

RELAPSE — Jacks leukemia has relapsed.

Last week, Jack woke up with bone pain and muscle weakness. His bloodwork was abnormal, and after more testing, we got the call Friday afternoon that we had been praying we would never get — his leukemia was back.
Jack was admitted to Wolfson on Sunday. A bone marrow biopsy confirmed the relapse, and tonight he begins intense inpatient chemo. He’ll be in the hospital for about 30 days, and then we pray the next biopsy shows remission.
Once we get there, the next step is a bone marrow transplant, with one of his siblings hopefully being his donor. ❤️ They are so lucky to have each other.
We hate that Jack has to fight this fight again. But we know how strong he is, and we’re going to be right beside him every step of the way.
One day at a time. Get back into remission. Then bring our boy home.
Please keep Jack and our family in your prayers. ❤️ by @brittonsanders

This matters to us 💛

Childhood cancer is a cause that hits close to home for our Fluid family. Our brokers have experienced firsthand the strength, courage, and resilience it takes to walk through a childhood cancer journey with their son.

Because of that, supporting children and families affected by childhood cancer isn’t just something we believe in, it’s personal.

We’re grateful for every opportunity to raise awareness, give back, and stand alongside the families who are fighting this fight.

+200 reasons to give back. +200 reasons to love our community.
