Introducing a refreshed brand identity — shaped by the landscapes I call home in Savannah and the Lowcountry, and refined to reflect the way I truly see and honor meaningful seasons. Long before photography, I found myself in abstract oil paintings and still life drawings — learning how light moves, how stillness holds meaning, and how a moment can be felt long after it has passed. This first language of art has gently shaped the way I photograph today. What began as an instinct has become a deep conviction: to make a visual legacy, and approach preserving our best days in the most timeless way possible. My work is rooted in light, place, and presence — photographed with composition and poise, so what’s fleeting may be held, remembered, and passed on with care. With gratitude for the thoughtful design and collaboration that brought this vision to life — created alongside @studiomacky. Savannah and Mac’s wedding day was a love letter to the city that shares her name, and our lead planner Morgan brought every layer of it to life. The design leaned into timeless Savannah romance with a fresh, collected feel. French blue delphinium tucked into ivory hydrangea and garden roses. Scalloped lace linens layered over crisp white. Gold-rimmed chargers, hand-cut calla lily place cards, and vintage Savannah postcards standing in as table accents, a nod to the city outside every window. The personal touches carried the day. Something blue heels on the windowsill. A piped buttercream cake crowned with an heirloom topper. Signature cocktails, custom koozies, and a second look lace mini made for the dance floor. And the coordination behind it all? Seamless. Three locations, a live band, a sparkler-lined sendoff, and a vintage Rolls-Royce waiting at the curb, every moment timed to perfection. A midsummer hello, friends. ☀️ It feels like a good time to reintroduce myself around here while we’re all resting, connecting, and enjoying slow summer days. I’m Britt! Cherishing wife, homeschooling mama, photographer, artist, and keeper of our days. I’m drawn to the beauty of this area and the stories of our lives…the salt air and slow coastal mornings, little handwritten notes and doodles, walks beneath the live oaks, a well-loved home, a table full of people we love, and all the fleeting moments that mark us. While everyone else is watching the bride, I’m watching her too - really seeing her, studying her countenance, capturing every laugh, happy tear, each “oh my gosh, this is really happening” moment. Something I don’t think many couples think about is how their photographer may hold awareness to them throughout their wedding day.
