having coached nearly 100 women, I can honestly say the feeling of seeing someone transform their body and their life is just as sweet as the first time

I love teaching women how to take care of themselves, to fill up their own cup and not just everyone else’s, to learn how to nourish their bodies instead of fearing food

I still get emotional when they tell me they wore a sports bra to the gym for the first, or that they saw themselves in a candid photo and didn’t pick themselves apart. When packing for a trip was fun and easy or they got to be present in their body instead of worrying about their arms

Cause every women deserves to feel hot & healthy

I love the mountains.

(But also cities. And the shore.)

And also being reminded that I’m so small in a world so big, where so much exists. And not in an “I don’t matter” sort of way but in a “it’s not that serious” sort of way.
