the FORME way🤏🏼🤏🏼 by @formecoaching

If you ever take one thing from my page (or my coaching) let it be this: a nice body means nothing if your head and your heart are not healthy.

I spent years thinking my worth and confidence would come from having a nice body. I spent years starting over on Monday, restricting then binging, punishing myself with cardio to make up for it.

I didn’t spend enough time getting to the route of my self-sabotaging behaviors and patterns. I didn’t know how - or where to start.

That is why I coach - that is what Forme is for:

To teach women how to listen and love their bodies while pushing themselves.

To teach women how to build wellness habits and routines that are sustainable - so you don’t need to yo-yo diet ever again.

To give women the tools to improve their inner self talk, break out of un-serving patterns, and become an active participant in their life.

We are for the women who know what they “should” be doing - but have always stood in their own way.

We are for the women ready to be healthy - mind, body, and soul.

We are for the women who are ready to heal through love.

Forme is running a Black Friday coaching special (25% off!!!!)

Now - November 25th (new applicants only)

NEARLY 40 LBS DOWN!! 🥹👏🏼 And almost 100 lbs down in total.

When Christi first came to me, she’d already lost around 60 lbs on her own but had reached a point where she was feeling stuck and needed some guidance on how to keep progressing. Fast forward one year, here we are.

What I love most about this transformation is that we didn’t have to take an extreme approach to get here. We worked through structured fat loss phases, took intentional diet breaks, kept cardio manageable, and continued prioritizing getting STRONGER in the gym.

She still enjoyed her weekly free meals. She still lived her life. And she continued showing up, even when progress wasn’t linear.

But beyond the physical changes, getting to watch Christi grow in confidence and show up differently in her life has been just as rewarding. Because at the end of the day, I can give someone the plan, the tools, and the guidance, but THEY have to be the one to put in the work.

And Christi has done exactly that.

SO proud of you and everything you’ve accomplished. You deserve to celebrate every bit of this! by @formecoaching

Yes, we’ll talk about your workouts, macros, and progress. But we’ll also talk about your relationships, your career, your stress, your confidence, and approx. 847 other things going on in your life.

The workouts and nutrition are just one piece. But getting to be in your corner for all the other pieces is hands down my favorite part of this job 😌🤍 by @formecoaching

And that’s a wrap on the 2026 Forme Retreat 🫶🏼

A beautiful weekend full of the most incredible women, leading with the most beautiful authentic expressions of self, and acceptance of each other.

Truly an honor to witness and be a part of. Thank you to each and every one of you, for the way you showed up this weekend, your willingness to see and be seen.

Can’t wait for next year by @formecoaching

One year with Forme Coaching 🥹 what an insane privilege it’s been to have a front row seat to these women’s growth

I’ve watched women lose 40+ pounds, build bodies they never thought possible, hit lifting PRs, cross finish lines, and become stronger and more confident than ever

But I’ve also watched women stop fearing the scale. Learn to eat without food noise or guilt. Set boundaries. Make themselves a priority. And THAT is the stuff that gets me

If you know me, you know I’m a BIG believer that the physical and mental work go hand in hand. I want you to feel strong, have a great relationship with food and your body, AND look hot. Because you can have it all!

To every woman who’s trusted me to be part of her journey, THANK YOU. I’m so proud of you

And if you’re reading this thinking you want that for yourself… maybe it’s time to see what’s possible

Comment “FORME” and let’s talk 🤍 by @formecoaching

Kayla’s mood, energy, and focus has improved. Feeling good from the inside 👉 out.

As a functional coach, how my clients feel and perform is just as important as the body composition piece.

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: MEET MOLLY

When Molly joined FORME, her goals were to “push myself to create a physique I love (small waist, built arms, toned legs)” while also “having a healthy body: fueling, resting and having time to decompress.”

And I’d say we did just that!!

the goal wasn’t to just change her body. It was to build a body she loves while learning how to actually take care of it along the way. Strong, fueled, rested, and proud of what she’s built 🤍 by @formecoaching

There are SO many ways to make progress that have nothing to do with watching the scale go down.

When you come out of a bodybuilding prep it can be very hard because there’s no longer that immediate goal of stepping on stage. This is where a lot of people get lost or lose momentum, because you’re no longer getting the satisfaction of seeing new lows and watching your body get leaner week after week.

So during this season, I like to set goals that have nothing to do with how my body looks and shift my focus to what I can work toward instead. Right now, that’s getting stronger, mastering new skills, and improving my sleep + internal health markers.

And you definitely don’t have to be coming out of a bodybuilding prep to relate to this!! Maybe you’re finishing a fat loss phase, taking a break from dieting, or you’re just in a season where weight loss isn’t your main priority, but you still want something to strive for in your fitness. There are SO many other things you can work toward.

So if you need a new goal to chase to end the year, here’s some for inspiration ⤴️

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ✨

This one is extra special because Summer is not only a client, but also a friend I’ve gotten to watch absolutely crush the last year! 🥹

And something I want to highlight about her transformation: she was NOT new to lifting when we started.

Summer had already spent years in the gym. The newbie gains were long gone. So instead of immediately trying to get leaner, we spent a significant portion of our time together intentionally bringing her food UP, progressing her training, and giving her body the resources to build. Then when we eventually moved into a fat loss phase, we got to uncover the shape she’d spent months creating.

Not everyone needs to go through a dedicated build and cut phase. But when you’ve been training for years and want to continue changing your physique, sometimes you need to give your body a new stimulus before another deficit.

And this progress all happened alongside LIFE. Grad school, travel, intuitive meals throughout every phase, and times when training wasn’t the priority; we adjusted the plan around all of it. Now we’re entering another chapter and shifting toward more performance focused, HYROX style training while maintaining the lean look we achieved in this cut. Almost a year in and still finding new ways to grow. So proud of you Summer!!

If you’ve been putting in the work for years but feel like your physique has stopped changing, let’s chat 🤍 Link in bio to apply, or DM me “NEXT STEP” by @formecoaching

What I ate 🤝 WHY I ate it

After 6 months of tracking, weighing & following a plan precisely, one of the hardest parts of post-prep is learning to listen to your body again - knowing your hunger, fullness, cravings, digestion, what makes you feel good & sometimes just what sounds freaking good, and how to distinguish between them all.

Intuitive eating is a skill, and one I’m excited to strengthen again as I rebuild my relationship with food & my body post-show. It’s also something I talk about with my clients often as they repair their relationship with food and break free from all-or-nothing thinking, so I figured I’d bring you guys along for that process too :) 🩵 by @formecoaching
