We’re headed into month 5 since surgery. 🥹

If you know me, you know I couldn’t WAIT to get back to this. I’ve always been in a grateful season, but gratitude hits different now.

I timed myself in one of my favorite stores, @homegoods , and while dilly-dallying, I encountered such a beautiful soul. 💕

Shoutout to God and my community for getting me to moments like this. 🤎

I’d like to tell my story in my own way… ‘cause one thing about it, y’all nosey 😂 but listen —

Two months ago my life changed, and I kept it to myself because some things are sacred (and some of y’all are just messy). But God has been TOO good for me to stay quiet.

Here’s what I know for sure:
- I love a good bowl
- There’s a disability present but I am MORE than ABLE
- I’ve learned to receive help even in my stubbornness — and that’s growth
- I laugh at everything now (literally)
- I think I’m off the strongest soldier list?!? Idk.
- ppl that show up for you, genuinely—keep them close.

A reminder that what God has for you, nothing can take away. Not circumstances, not setbacks, not nothing. 💗
