Omg y’all… so let me start off by saying that I absolutely LOVE when my in person audition tapes get sent to me 🥹 So this is from the audition in Shreveport that I went to back in October. Before I got there, I didn’t have enough time to send copies of my acting résumé to the Walgreens that was in my area cause it was out of my way so I sent copies of it to a Walgreens that was down the street from where the auditions were being held; that way I could pick them up & go straight there. (Yes, Walgreens prints documents) I was unsure of how many copies I needed cause I didn’t know how many panelists/judges would be there so I chose a random number, which was 6. So BOOM, finally make it in town, pick up my Walgreens order, get to the place. My cute shoes that I brought with me for my outfit ended breaking in the parking lot so thank God, I always have extra shoes in my vehicles. I’m literally always prepared for whatever. Anyways, when I walked in, they had FIVE audition sides on the table to choose from. We had the option to choose only one or however many to read from but I decided to go for all 5. It’s finally my turn. I get in the back. Guess how many panelists were back there? SIX ✨ I started passing my résumé out like a teacher handing out a test lmao. This reel doesn’t show all the characters that I read for but I really like this one because it was the shortest audition side I had to read from & I had to improv as the panelist was improving as well, which means us feeding off of one another after the words on the paper ran out 🥵 Y’all hear that reaction at the end 🥹 They asked me what made me want to read all those characters. I told them “because my range is very wide & I am confident in who I am as an actor & as a person.” The rest is history 🥳🎊 So y’all stay tuned for “Edge”, the tv series. I can’t wait for y’all to meet “Honey” aka me 🍯✨💋

I was notified a few hours after that I got cast for TWO LEADING roles for TWO projects, one being a tv series & the other being a feature film 😌

When I say “I do this”, I really do this. Don’t sleep on me.

God, I thank You for instilling this gift/talent in me & blessing me with opportunities galore.
