Wanted to say a massive thank you. We teamed up with @carmichael.xtreme @gershness @jesse.scotsman @knoxhydrate to explore Cape Town. Winds got us by surprise but we had so much fun.

@carmichael.xtreme these guys offer the perfect car to rent or buy to take on Cape Town! We loaded into a Jeep from them and had so many laughs, good music and more than enough space.

Hosting and joining us was @gershness who kept us laughing and spoke about our first cars and so much more. Love this guy honestly @torquing.cars

Then a huge thanks goes to @jesse.scotsman who captured some incredible moments. A master behind the camera!

We were fueled by @knoxhydrate @maryvonnen .

This is something I don’t normally do.

If you know me, you know I keep it professional, I keep it moving, I keep showing up. But today I want to be real.

Life doesn’t always go as planned.

One minute you’re on top of the world, winning, building, smiling, and the next, you’re feeling a bit lost. Quiet. Questioning everything.

This isn’t a “I’m down in the dumps” post. I’m okay. But I want to be honest: life is hard sometimes. It can break you, or it can make you. There’s no in-between.

What has carried me is my faith. With God I found a place of safety, comfort, and peace when my own plans didn’t make sense. And my people … my amazing friends and family — who have held me when I didn’t even have the words.

If you’re reading this and you’re in that in-between space — where you feel like you’re facing a setback, like you’re not where you thought you’d be …. I see you.

This isn’t the end of your story.

Sometimes a setback is just setting you up for the most powerful comeback.

Keep faith. Keep going. You are not alone.

🤍

Happy 30th Birthday to my little brother 🤍
I can’t believe you’re 30. It feels like just yesterday you were following me around everywhere, and now look at you.

Unfortunately, everything you know, I taught you. Some good, some bad …. I’ll take responsibility for both.
But watching you become the man you are today has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. You are an amazing man, and an even more amazing father.

Your strength, your kindness, and the way you love your people makes me so incredibly proud to call you my brother.
I love you so much. I can’t wait to celebrate you today.
Happy birthday, little brother. by @britzt13
