Thursday was World Suicide Prevention Day 2026 with the theme: Changing the Narrative on Suicide. To mark the day, our Health and Sanitation Committee came out to spread the word, one sticky note at a time.

Help is always just a call away.
NO to suicide
YES to Life! 💫

Feels weird to say I had a 10/10 day in Paediatrics, but well, yes, I did 😅

It was a very long day that started at (before) 7:10am on the wards and ended past 11pm, after watching a success caesarean section. In between, there was a ward round, three tutorials, a lecture, and a Social Paediatrics presentation.

In summary, mother is fine, and baby is fine 😅🧑‍🍼

Obviously, one of the highlights of the day was the good memories I made with friends: the shared experiences (and stress lol), and photos we took. 😊

Well, today is another day, and it already feels illegal to be on instagram by this time. We go again, in the name of the Lord.

Till next time (very soon amen), byeeee. 👋
