Finally won the @hamiltonmusical lottery! This was the best $10 I've ever spent! We got front row seats and I was literally being sereneded to in "Dear Theadosia" and it was so exciting for everything to be happening so close to us! What I love about theater, and Hamilton is a great example of, is that of course I've watched the original cast on Disney+ and loved it, but I also loved seeing how different actors brought the characters to life in their own way. It was also super cool to get to see @cjack930 live as he is reprising his role as George Washington and his "One Last Time" was spectacular! Despite listening to the songs many times, seeing it live I was still discovering little Easter eggs about the music and I fell in love with the soundtrack all over again. by @broadwayoverthebridge

I got to see @cursedchildus on Broadway last night as part of my job as an orientation leader for the incoming students! If only all my jobs could be going to shows 😉

This show was magical in every way and brought the world of Harry Potter to life spectacularly. I was also so impressed with the special effects. Additionally a highlight was getting to see @t22felton reprise his role as Draco Malfoy. by @broadwayoverthebridge

@schmigadoon was spectacular! This is a theater nerd's dream show with little references sprinkled throughout the night. @sarachase_ and @brightmansomesay were hilarious as Mellisa and Josh. @anagasteyer's acting and singing brought the house down and was a standout performance! It was also so fun seeing @izzymccalla onatage again after seeing her in Hercules at Papermill Playhouse and in @w4emusical! I hope to return to Schmigadoon soon! by @broadwayoverthebridge

This past semester I took a class on Hamlet and we explored how Hamlet drew on Thomas Kyd's The Spanish Tragedy as well as both the Old and New Testament. It was quite fascinating and I highly reccomend reading both plays. by @broadwayoverthebridge

I loved the Museum of Broadway when I went a few years ago. But I do remember commenting on the lack of acknowledgement given to the many Jews who made Broadway what it is today. This petition calls on the Museum of Broadway to recognize the Jewish people who made some of the most iconic works on Broadway with their heritage. Link in bio by @broadwayoverthebridge

I know I usually post theater-related content, but just putting this out here because I love gardening. Last week I bought and released ladybugs into the garden and not only are they adorable, they'll eat the bugs that harm your plants like aphids! by @broadwayoverthebridge
