Moab 240 is just the beginning.

We are chasing down the infinity stones of endurance racing to qualify for the world championships of all the major endurance races in the span of 1 year all to raise money for veterans and first responders who struggle with PTSD.

We have partnered with Boulder Crest a foundation that focuses on finding meaning through the suffering.

How to support:

1. Follow along to be apart of the journey.

2. Link is in my bio if you’d like to donate to the cause.

3. Find the inspiration to come back better to those you love the most.

See you on the other side. by @brockpainterco1

This race is about so much more than the miles.
It’s about impact.

Helping those that are struggling see that there is a path out and options available.

Kelsie and I have been able to create a beautiful healthy marriage together that we now get to pass on to our kids and the community around us.

This battle will not be one that happens privately anymore. We are going to share our story and continue to grow and if you’d like to grow with us, hit that follow button and we’d love to bring you along. by @brockpainterco1

After running 240 miles and having a chance to recover, all I can think about is how grateful I am for the love and support that was out there on that course.

I didn’t have service for 5 days and so I was in the black with everything that was going on besides running the miles and finishing the race.

The biggest takeaway I’ve had so far is when your why is big enough people find where they fit in it. Raising money for first responder and veterans with PTSD meant something to us and everyone showed up in a dramatic way.

This race wasn’t about me running 240 miles. It was about everyone who sacrificed there time and effort preparing for it and getting behind the cause.

The crew, pacers, Kelsie I can’t think of a stronger team to pivot and make something amazing possible.

I am so blessed I got to run those miles and get to be stronger because of it.

Thank you for all the support.

Had a great sit-down with our @prodoughshop athlete @brockpainterco1 and @kelsiepainter to talk all things Moab 240 — the highs, the lows, the grit, and everything that went into taking on 240 miles in the desert.

Always inspiring hearing the story behind the miles. by @brockpainterco1

It takes an army to pull off something like this.

There is countless hours before during and after a big effort that makes this all possible.

I am full of gratitude for every single person that has believed in me and supported along the way.

@prodoughshop for being a brand that I am proud to represent. From making the best protein but being a company that cares. They bought into our mission and our why because impact is what it’s all about.

@deadlast.run for believing in me. @mitchellthayne one of the founders of Deadlast was with us every step of the way making sure all of our needs were met and that we could accomplish this goal not only for me but the crew.

My crew and pacers. You are all dawgs. Not a single one of you questioning the decision to go back out. It wasn’t easy but we got it done. I was so grateful to have you with me.

To my wife @kelsiepainter for being up all day and all night before the race so I could train, supporting me during, and taking care of me now after. Having her in my corner is the greatest joy of my life. Family is at the core of this project and she is the glue that holds it all together.

For those that are supporting from home. I am so grateful for your kind messages, I hope this can help inspire you to come back better for those you love most. by @brockpainterco1

161 miles in and they called it off. The race was over.

This weekend, @brockpainterco1 took on one of the toughest ultramarathons in the world: the Moab 240.

What was already going to be a brutal test of endurance turned into something nobody could have prepared for.

Torrential rain. Flash floods. Freezing temps. Winds strong enough to level trees.

Conditions got so dangerous that race organizers made the difficult decision to cancel the race. Brock was 161 miles in.

But Brock didn’t come this far to only come this far.

With the help of his family and crew, he mapped out an alternate route along safer roads because he had more to prove.

You see, Brock wasn’t out there to rip 240 miles and hang ‘em up.

He was there to do some real hard stuff and in the process, become a better husband, father, and human being for the people in his circle.

And today, he put a bow on all 240 of ‘em.

That’s the kind of stuff we believe in.

Do you need to run 240 miles? No. But you do need to put yourself in uncomfortable situations if you want to evolve (and running is a surefire way to get uncomfortable).

Proud of you, Brock. You’ve reminded a whole lot of us what it means to be an underdog.

Full race recap coming soon.

’Til the Wheels Fall Off.

I said I was going to run 240 miles and that’s what I had to do no matter what stood in my way.

240 miles completed in 92 hours

As I’ve said multiple times it’s not about the miles, it’s about coming back better for the ones you love

Thank you to everyone who has supported me in the journey and if you’re new here… I’m just getting started by @brockpainterco1

Brock took a 2 hour nap lastnight and it was rough getting up but when he came in to base camp this morning he sat down shut his eyes and was out in seconds… but when he woke up after only 3 minutes he said it felt like hours and he was ready to get back out there! by @brockpainterco1
