The little Montana moments I forgot to post 🤠🌾🐄🇺🇸

My last visit to Rock Creek Cattle Ranch — an unforgettable week celebrating Kristine & Chris turning 70 with my favourite American family.

There’s something pretty special about this place… big skies, cowboy hats, plenty of laughs, incredible wine and the kind of people who make you feel right at home.

So grateful that my travels brought these incredible humans into my life — and even more grateful to now call them friends and family. ❤️🤍💙

Until next time, Montana. You’ll always have a little piece of my heart.

I DID A THING… 🇺🇸✈️

PLOT TWIST- I live in America now!

Three weeks ago, I decided to rent out my apartment and pack up the incredible life I’d built in Melbourne over the last 10 years… and move to America a couple of weeks later! Because apparently booking holidays wasn’t spontaneous enough. 😂

Ten years of amazing friends, incredible food, great wine and venues, fun events, big lessons and even better memories. Melbourne will always be home. ❤️

But this year has reminded me how lucky I am to have the freedom to say why not? To travel, take risks, change direction and back myself when something feels exciting.

So I packed the bags, jumped on the plane and swapped Melbourne for Texas. 🤠

The hardest part of this decision was to say “see ya later” to my best friends @shona_casey2, @zoecobrien …… these woman have been my rock and ride or die over the past 10 years, so to be more than a 30min drive to each other will be my biggest test.

Maybe it’s 6 months. Maybe it’s 2 years. Maybe it’s forever. I genuinely have no idea — and that’s half the fun.

Here’s to making slightly unhinged life decisions, collecting great stories and figuring out the rest along the way. 🥂

SPRING RACING IS HERE 🐎🥂🌸

What a beautiful afternoon celebrating the upcoming Ladbrokes Cox Plate at the Spring Racing Luncheon, hosted by @stampingground_pr , @ladbrokescomau & @thevalleyracecourse

This year marks a particularly special chapter in Cox Plate history, with the iconic race heading to the spectacular Flemington Racecourse while The Valley undergoes its major redevelopment.
A different home for one of Australia’s great racing traditions — and fingers crossed we’ll all be returning to a transformed The Valley next year for the Ladbrokes Cox Plate. 🏆

A huge thank you to Michelle Stamper and the incredible team at Stamping Ground PR for putting together another spectacular event. Beautiful food, fabulous company and plenty of excitement for what’s ahead this Spring Racing Carnival. 🥂

And a special thank you to the wonderful brands I had the pleasure of working with to bring today’s race-day look together. 🤍

A powerful night for an even more powerful cause.

Last night I had the privilege of attending the Dress for Success Gala as an invited guest, alongside my great mate @browndog_30x , who was equally proud to get behind such an important foundation.

Dress for Success is about so much more than clothing. It’s about giving women the confidence, skills, support and opportunity to step into employment, financial independence and a brighter future.

Every ticket purchased, every donation made and every person who gets behind this foundation helps give a woman the tools to realise her potential and change the trajectory of her life. That’s something worth supporting.

And a little fun amongst the fundraising — loved watching our mate @brihonydawson absolutely own the stage as MC and capture the room!

Sometimes the best travel memories come from the decisions you never planned to make.

Just 6 hours before my flight, after a couple of cocktails in New York….. I completely changed my plans and changed my NYC → LAX flight….. for Dallas–Fort Worth for only 24hrs.

My first ever visit to Texas, and I’m so glad I did!

Smoked BBQ ribs, exploring the historic sites surrounding the JFK assassination, a warm summer evening under an oak tree, incredible southern hospitality, and slowing down long enough to enjoy the simple things.

A completely unplanned detour that turned into one of my favourite parts of the trip.

NEW YORK CITY ❤️

You never disappoint.

There is something incredibly liberating about booking a flight on your own and knowing one of your favourite cities in the world is waiting for you.

At 36, solo travel isn’t about escaping life or finding yourself. It’s about celebrating the life you’ve built. It’s having the freedom to say “yes” to an adventure, creating your own itinerary, and being completely content in your own company.

This trip was everything I love about New York…

Long walks through neighbourhoods that feel like movie sets. Rooftop cocktails and incredible dinners. Broadway. World-class art museums (with pieces from my favourite artist of all time). The Brooklyn Bridge. The subway. Summer sunsets between skyscrapers. Joe’s Pizza, bagels and feet that definitely earned a rest by the end of it all.

The best part? Reconnecting with beautiful old friends, making wonderful new ones, and being reminded that home can exist in people just as much as places.

I came home with a full camera roll, sore feet, an even fuller heart, and a beautiful reminder that some of the best experiences in life happen when you’re brave enough to book the ticket.
