Life has been a blur...! What a year so far. Some updates since I haven't posted. Just got back from EDC, magical of course. Checked off Oregon and Washington. Also first time on a cruise.. And so much more.. But most importantly the people I've met along the way! Truly unbelievable at EDC. What an amazing group of people I lucked into finding... I'm not sure I could've found cooler and more genuine people. Love all of you..❤️ If you weren't tagged..I hate Instagram 😂. And so many more people that I met there! Such a cool, loving and passionate community. Yall so creative ✌️🫶🤝

Alright. Late but 3 years consistent at the gym check in! September 2021 first picture to today. Second picture November 2023 to now. Looks mostly to be maintence but working on it! Not my best work lately but see you in 3 months 😉 photos after eating at Rainforest Cafe is a questionable decision. I suppose 2 months after I went on the trip is a good time to post...🤷 Pictures in reverse order..for reasons..maybe. Flew into ToronTo @seburn13 with the pick up. Visited ole Canada for awhile, had to get poutine of course. Then got to Cedar Falls got to see the kiddos do there respective activities which was awesome. @darby_irwin9 . Went home home to see friends, parents and grandma of course! @ziffer77 Played disc golf in some of the windiest conditions I've been in but it was fun. Went to Rochester for @dchavez61 30th! And finished off with my Daniel's meeting. Thanks to everyone that played a part! I had fun. taken in Minneapolis, Minnesota by @brodycubs

Wow what an incredible week with even more incredible people. I am so lucky...my 3rd Regular City, somehow it gets better every year even though I didn't think that was possible. Thanks to everyone and their creative abilities! Saw the introduction of the cuddle puddle. Ideas for cuddle puddle 2.0 have are already in the works! And of course the introduction to Regémon! Fully playable Regular City version of Pokémon.. Also shout-out @philthebear for continuing his reign of championships at the Regular City Invitational Doubles Disc Golf Tournament presented by Regémon taken in Mogollon Rim by @brodycubs

At long last I finally got ace number 2! 1,349 days in between aces... Almost 4 years. A lot of close calls but finally got it. I think the coolest part was I told @philthebear on Saturday that I was going to ace with the @teamdiscraft Meteor here soon. 2 days later it happened. I guess I'm just an annual poster. But it's that time again. 2 years going to the gym consistently. I have learned a hell of a lot about myself from last year. I really made great changes that are now habits. A series of small changes over 2 years is how I've gotten to this point. I can't say it was easy but changing 1 small thing at a time is how it was possible. Sorry, I still haven't learned how to flex properly. My goal was 185, I got very close at 188. I am very happy with how hard I pushed myself and I'm looking forward to easing up a little bit and going into maintain mode. I have a lot of people to thank here that have helped me. The original shout out goes to @dman2397 who made sure I got out of bed that very first morning I started going consistently. He has also gassed me up when I've needed and kept me going. Others for photo creds and gas @daviddors_ @samj1414 @nickwatters34 @cleverchoicefitness @omgisuredid @adamburroughs5 (and more for encouragement)

Daylight savings week marks 1 year going to the gym consistently. Shout-out to @dman2397 for calling me that first morning to make sure I went. I don't have all that many good pictures but this is what I pulled together. I also didn't keep very good records but I know I am atleast 20 pounds down and 5+ inches off my waist. It definitely isn't that much fun most days but it's a part of the routine now and I definitely feel better than I did before working out. Now I have to go find clothes that fit 😣. Any volunteers to come down and help me shop are welcome 😂 I hate shopping.. Especially for clothes. taken in Mesa, Arizona by @brodycubs

First year living in Arizona in the books. It was quite a fun year. Bought a house, went to some spring training. Saw all 3 of my teams play when the came to town: Cubs, Vikings, Clippers. Bought a car. Watched a no hitter. Played a ton of disc golf and met some of my favorite players. Made some good friends along the way. Started and ended the year with @dman2397. Climbed a couple mountains. If the second year in AZ is like anything like the first then I'll most definitely take it taken in Mesa, Arizona by @brodycubs
