“Angels” - Scarlet House

i’ve waited over a year to tell you this.
“chasing ghosts” is now yours, i put everything into this.

“chasing ghosts” is a cycle of emotions, ranging from innocent love to anger driven ego, suffocating regret to paralyzing numbness, acceptance to escapism. the album explores how we confront the future while haunted by the past, searching for people we no longer know, feelings we no longer experience, and versions of ourselves we no longer recognize.

08.21 // CHASING GHOSTS // PRESAVE FOR THE ALBUM NOW AVAILABLE IN MY BIO

for the first time in my career, i had the pleasure of collaborating with my longtime friend and producer brody on “chasing ghosts”. between touring and traveling, we wrote and produced a 12-track album in less than a year. it is the most ambitious, honest, vulnerable, yet unapologetic album i’ve ever made.

growing up, i’ve always struggled with self-worth. the environment i was raised in led me to feel like i had to prove my existence to the world. now in adulthood, that feeling became a relentless drive to keep working through internal and external conflicts. along the way, i’ve experienced pleasure and pain, love and loss, confidence and doubt. that drive has taken me farther than i ever expected, with support i’ll never take for granted. still, no matter what happens in my career or personal life, i find myself chasing a feeling that i no longer experience.

chasing ghosts is the opposite of depression.
