Here’s to almost three years of showing up, and putting in the work. Running has taught me a lot, but the biggest lesson is simple: the good stuff in life lives on the other side of hard. There’s something special about choosing something challenging and letting it shape you. Running gives me purpose, and that purpose keeps me moving.

1. Wilson Creek Frozen 50k — Hands down one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, and easily one of the best days of my life. Grateful I got to finish a race that tough.

2. Boise Front Trail Run — 10th overall, 3rd in my age group. One of the most demanding “shorter” races in Idaho.

3. Boise XC 12k — 10th overall. A cool reminder of where my summer training actually took me. Felt fast again.
