October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and our message is clear: Everyone deserves to feel safe in their own home. Domestic violence can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, or background. It extends beyond intimate partner relationships and can involve abuse of children, older adults, family members, or others sharing a home.

The Broken Arrow Police Department’s Victim Advocate helps victims navigate what comes next, from safety planning and protective orders to understanding the court process and finding ongoing support.

Alongside partners including Help in Crisis, Muscogee (Creek) Nation Victim Services, DVIS, and The Spring, we help connect individuals with resources to move toward safety, stability, and healing. If you or someone you know is experiencing abuse, reach out. You deserve to be heard. You deserve support. You deserve safety.

We want to hear from you, Broken Arrow!

Your input can help shape how opioid settlement funding is used to address the needs of our community.

We are asking residents to take a few minutes to complete a community survey and share their priorities for this funding in Broken Arrow. Your feedback will help ensure funding decisions reflect the real needs of Broken Arrow residents in both Tulsa and Wagoner counties.

Whether you have been personally affected by opioid use, supported a family member or friend, work with individuals impacted by substance use, or simply want to share your perspective, your input is valuable.

The survey is voluntary, and responses will help identify needs, service gaps and opportunities to strengthen prevention, treatment, recovery and overdose response efforts in our community.

Take the survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CityBrokenArrow

Thank you for helping us build a safer, healthier community. by @brokenarrowpoliceofficial
