POSTS STORIES REELS

Progressing!!!!!
I know @mileycyrus is a bit out of my usual realm of tunes but this song was extremely popular the year I lost my leg, and would make me cry every time it played! Now it feels more like a triumph anthem…it was this or a slayer jam 🤣
Been some ups and downs, literally and figuratively, but we are moving along nicely.
Wasn’t sure if I’d post these as I’m sure you can see the emotion in my face. It’s hard to admit but relearning to walk has been a struggle!
Jan 26 I moved from 50% of my body weight to 75%….as bone is still healing. Im back to Edmonton March to learn life crutch free!
I owe soooo MANY THANKS to the GOFUNDME creators and supporters! This entire leg is thanks to you!!!! My knee alone was $77,000, so truly I owe you all my cold dark soul. This equipment would not be possible without you! THANK YOU, LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!!
Also BIG THANKS to the team @ossur and @cascadeprosthetics ….been so mighty helpful and PATIENT 😂💋
Im going to get brave and talk on here to show you all my new parts more in depth, explain what they do, blah blah blah, once im a lil more coordinated 😬🤣
Love you my people! Luckiest unlucky gal on the planet I tell ya, all thanks to the people who support me!! Heart barf!!!!
You mean the world, to me and Tiffany (name of my new leg as she is my “Tiffany diamond💎” as she is the closest I’ll ever get 💰🤑)
**hairstylist friends I know! I promise to do something with it soon 😝I can feel your comments 💋**

There was a time when mountain roads filled me with fear, making me feel vulnerable and insignificant.

However, after years of hardship and trauma, my perspective has shifted dramatically. Now, being surrounded by mountains feels so liberating!

They serve as a powerful reminder of how small I am in this vast world, therefore, how trivial my problems truly are.

Live life fully and enjoy the beauty in each day! XO

Where to begin…..

Still cannot believe this incredible idea not only was thought up and brought to fruition, but has exceeded all expectations! I am genuinely overwhelmed with gratitude for everyone involved in making my dreams a reality.

@tyturner14, @taparkshaper, and @middlemax, I truly couldn’t have hoped for better instructors. The depth of knowledge, patience, kindness, and diverse skills brought to our Adaptive Operator Camp was extraordinary—truly elite!

Thanks to @pistenbullynorthamerica, @hi5sfoundation, and @sunshinevillage, the accommodations, equipment, talent, and generous support made me feel exceptionally valued for the first time in a long while. Your dedication and effort have been deeply meaningful, and I can’t help but blush thinking about it. The enthusiasm is contagious; so many friends, both disabled and able-bodied, are eager to join the next round!

To @brennannoeth, @krum_matt, and @chasenicklin, @snowpark_art I feel incredibly fortunate to have shared this experience with such an amazing crew—“cats,” if you will. 😝I wish you all the very best and hope to remain in touch.

I’ll be riding this high until ski season returns, absolutely swooning…can’t wait to drive snow cats 🥳🙌🤍
