Four businesses. One shared vision. One place for everyone.

Tonight, we are so proud to officially introduce a collaboration created from a simple dream: to bring people together.

🍺 Broken Beaver Brewing
🔥 The Dam Barbecue
🍦 Ellie B’s Ice Cream
🌳 The Yard on Collins

Together, we’re creating more than a collection of businesses, we’re creating a destination in the heart of our downtown where families and friends can slow down, share a meal, raise a glass, enjoy something sweet, and make memories together.

A place where date night and family night can happen under the same string lights. Where the kids can enjoy ice cream while the adults catch up over barbecue and a locally brewed beer. Where neighbors become friends, celebrations feel like home, and there truly is something for everyone.

Each business has its own story, its own personality, and something special to offer—but together, we are one family with one purpose: to create a welcoming place for our entire community to eat, drink, gather, and belong.

This is the beginning of something incredibly special for downtown Plant City, and we cannot wait to open the doors, light up the tree, and welcome you into it.

Welcome to Broken Beaver Brewing, The Dam, Ellie B’s Ice Cream, and The Yard on Collins. ♥️

The best memories are made together—and this is where they’ll begin.

*these are AI generated photos. While Broken Beaver is close to opening its doors, the other businesses will open in phases. In the mean time you will catch our BBQ and Ellie B’s catered in! We can’t wait to share the journey with you!* taken in Downtown Plant City by @brokenbeaverbrewing

Without further ado… our official hours of operation 🎉
We are aware that our website had a glitch and our hours were off some days, and we may have also tweaked a few. 🫣
We apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused anyone who drove out of their way to visit us.

Broken Beaver Brewing is open Tuesday–Sunday, with @thedambarbecue serving up your favorites Friday–Sunday! 🍻🦫

Our goal is to offer food every day we’re open— eventually.
As we work on building The Dam’s kitchen, weekend food service is what works best for now. Thank you for your patience and support as we bring it all together! 🤎

Check out the hours above, gather your people, and we’ll see you at the brewery!

Our very first Oktoberfest at Broken Beaver Brewing is one we’ll never forget! 🍻

So much heart and hard work went into making this night special—from the beer in your glass, to the barbecue from The Dam, and the celebration spilling out into The Yard on Collins. Seeing it all come to life, with our community there to enjoy it, meant the world to us.

To everyone who helped make it happen and everyone who came out to celebrate: thank you. What a night! Prost! 🥨🍺

Oktoberfest 2026 Keg-Tapping Ceremony🍺
Two breweries came together to create something special for the people of Plant City. 🤝🏻
This wasn’t just about beer for us, but also a symbol of friendship.
—And so it was called Broken Bread 🥖

This is just the first of many collabs and we can’t wait to share more of these special moments with all of you!

Plant City— you continue to blow us away with all the love and support! 🫶🏻
