A relaxing, social day for the BBQ Bake Off and Homebrew tasting with laps of soft snow skiing. Thanks everyone for joining in!

A tight BBQ competition, with some mouth watering entries. In the end it was a tie for first place between Hedge, with his Taiwanese pork sandwich with a ginger sake dressing and Craig with chicken stuffed with goat cheese and spinach, rolled in bacon with a mustard mayo. Yum!
