#WordOfTheDay

The quickest way to find out who values you is to tell them no. Their reaction will tell you whether they loved you .. or your usefulness.

🧠 #WordOfTheDay - “Be wary of the people you find alone.” - Bronco G

Some are alone because they’ve done so many people wrong that eventually, everyone walked away.

#POUNDSFITNESS ❌ THE WAY YOU TRAIN IS THE WAY YOUR BODY DEVELOPS. 💪🏾

Good form determines which muscles are actually doing the work. Proper positioning keeps the tension where you want it and help you build a more balanced physique.

Sloppy reps can shift tension away from the target muscle and your body will grow unporportioned

Your body will adapt to HOW you train. 🧠🏋🏾‍♂️

#POUNDSFITNESS ‼️ Putting in work in the gym is only half the battle. What you put in your body before and after determines how well you BUILD, RECOVER & PERFORM ❌

Cut back on the fried foods, sugary drinks, empty calories and processed junk. 🛑🍟🥤
Load up on protein ! That’s what your muscle directly eats ! Also eggs, lean meats, quality carbs, healthy fats, fruits & vegetables. 🥩🥚🥦

TRAIN HARD. EAT SMART. STAY CONSISTENT. by @broncogodborn

I’m really teaching myself how to become a CHEF one step, one recipe & one plate at a time 👨🏾‍🍳🔥

Started with the wings 🍗… then I started going crazy with the Cajun Pasta 🍝… came up with my SPECIAL Cajun Cabbage 🥬🔥… now I’m in the kitchen putting together steak plates 🥩🍚 and constantly finding new stuff to add to the menu.

I Am I’m still LEARNING. Finna take my SERVSAFE , and every time I cook, I figure out something I can season better, cook better, plate better or do completely different the next time.

I’m watching my own food level up right in front of me. 📈

This started with me just knowing how to make some good ass wing now I’m really learning the KITCHEN. Finally im happy 😂👨🏾‍🍳

And #RunninWingz is on straight SLAP BULLSH*T when it comes to these late-night eats 😭🔥🍗 Not Just A Trapper MY BOY ‼️‼️‼️ I know people hate that i’m cooking but people hate everything i do . I Don’t Give A Fuck .

You might come for the wings and fuck around and leave with Cajun Pasta, cabbage and a whole steak plate 😂 #HITME✅ by @broncogodborn

MEAN GIRLS ✅
HARD WORKING SINGLE MOM ✅
ETC❌‼️

Every woman is not impressed by the same thing. What works on the anime girl might get you ignored by the corporate woman, and what gets the spiritual chick interested might have the mean girl looking at you crazy af
