shinunoga ewa is really keonho's song #cortis #keonho @cortis Keonho, whose birth name is Ahn Geonho, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, and member of CORTIS under BIGHIT MUSIC. He was born on February 14, 2009, in Pajang-dong, Jangan-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, making him the youngest member, or maknae, of CORTIS. He officially debuted with the group on August 18, 2025, alongside Martin, James, Juhoon, and Seonghyeon. Being born on Valentine's Day is one of the details that makes his profile particularly memorable, but there is much more to Keonho than his birthday or his position as the youngest member. CORTIS was created around the concept of "Color Outside the Lines," encouraging its members to participate in the creation of their own music, choreography, videos, and overall artistic identity. Keonho fits this concept through his involvement in songwriting, composition, performance, and other creative activities. Although he is the youngest member, he has already been given opportunities to contribute creatively to the group's work, showing that his role within CORTIS goes beyond simply being the maknae. Before becoming a K-pop trainee, Keonho had an interesting background in competitive swimming. He spent several years training and competing as a swimmer before eventually deciding to pursue music and entertainment. His experience in sports required discipline, physical conditioning, consistency, and dedication, all of which became useful when he transitioned into the demanding lifestyle of an idol trainee. Moving from competitive sports into the entertainment industry was a major change, but Keonho gradually developed his skills in singing, dancing, performance, and music creation. His athletic background is particularly interesting because it gives another dimension to his image as a performer. While fans may primarily see him as CORTIS's youngest member, his earlier experience as an athlete means that he had already learned how to train consistently and work toward long-term goals before entering the world of K-pop. by @bronedoo

nicole kidman seonghyeon edit #cortis #seonghyeon @cortis Seonghyeon, whose birth name is Eom Seonghyeon, is a South Korean singer and a member of the boy group CORTIS under BIGHIT MUSIC. He was born on January 13, 2009, in Seo-gu, Daejeon, South Korea. As one of the younger members of the group, Seonghyeon has attracted attention for his youthful energy, distinctive appearance, and natural presence both on and off stage. He officially made his debut with CORTIS in August 2025, beginning his career as part of a group known for placing a strong emphasis on creativity and the members' personal involvement in their music and artistic direction. Despite being young, Seonghyeon has already demonstrated an interest in different aspects of music beyond simply performing, allowing him to stand out as a member with creative potential and a strong passion for the group's work. One of Seonghyeon's most notable qualities is his involvement in the creative side of CORTIS. He has shown an interest in songwriting, composing, and music production, which gives him opportunities to contribute ideas and express his own musical perspective. This involvement is especially meaningful because CORTIS is presented as a group whose members participate actively in creating and shaping their music and concepts. Rather than being limited to singing and dancing, Seonghyeon has the opportunity to develop himself as an artist and explore different ways of expressing his ideas through music. His interest in production also suggests that his role within the group can continue to grow as he gains more experience in the entertainment industry. This combination of performance skills and creative interests makes him an interesting member to follow, especially for fans who enjoy seeing idols participate in the artistic process behind the music. As a performer, Seonghyeon is recognized for his stage presence and ability to capture attention when performing with the other members of CORTIS. His youthful appearance contrasts with the confidence he displays during performances, giving him a distinctive charm that fans often notice. by @bronedoo

james our genuis choreographer #cortis #james #illit @cortis James, whose full name is James S. is a Hong Kong-born singer, dancer, songwriter, and member of CORTIS under BIGHIT MUSIC. He was born on October 14, 2005, in Hong Kong, and is one of the older members of CORTIS. He officially debuted with the group on August 18, 2025, alongside Martin, Juhoon, Seonghyeon, and Keonho. James is particularly known for his strong dance abilities, athletic background, and involvement in the creative process behind CORTIS. The group itself was created around the idea of "Color Outside the Lines," encouraging the members to experiment and participate directly in the creation of their music, choreography, and visual content. James fits this concept especially well because he has experience not only as a performer but also as a dancer and creator. His background is also notably international, as he was born in Hong Kong and has Thai and Chinese heritage, while spending part of his upbringing in different places. This multicultural background, combined with his experience in dance and music, gives him a distinctive identity within CORTIS. Before becoming an idol, James developed a strong interest in dance and sports. He trained in different styles of dance and became particularly skilled in street dance, which eventually became one of the strongest aspects of his performance style. He also has a background in ice hockey and taekwondo, giving him considerable athletic experience before entering the entertainment industry. His athletic background is reflected in his powerful and controlled movements when he performs. Rather than relying only on facial expressions or charisma, James is able to use his physicality and dance technique to make his performances visually striking. His experience with different physical activities also helped him develop coordination, stamina, and discipline, all of which are valuable qualities for an idol who has to spend long periods rehearsing choreography and performing on stage. Before joining BIGHIT MUSIC, he had already spent years developing himself physically and creatively, by @bronedoo

mooooo #보이넥스트도어 #boynextdoor #woonhak @boynextdoor_official Woonhak, whose birth name is Kim Woonhak, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, and member of BOYNEXTDOOR under KOZ ENTERTAINMENT, a label founded by rapper and producer ZICO. He was born on November 29, 2006, in Iksan, Jeollabuk-do, South Korea, and is the youngest member, or maknae, of BOYNEXTDOOR. Woonhak officially debuted with the group on May 30, 2023, alongside Sungho, Riwoo, Jaehyun, Taesan, and Leehan. He was only 16 years old internationally and 17 years old by Korean age when he debuted, making him one of the youngest active fourth-generation K-pop idols at the time. As the maknae of BOYNEXTDOOR, Woonhak is known for his bright, energetic, and playful personality, which adds a youthful atmosphere to the group. However, his role goes beyond simply being the youngest member because he has also become actively involved in songwriting and composition. BOYNEXTDOOR's concept revolves around portraying relatable stories and emotions from everyday youth, and Woonhak's own experiences growing up have become a source of inspiration for some of the group's music. His combination of youthful energy, performance ability, and growing musical skills has allowed him to establish a distinct identity within BOYNEXTDOOR. Before becoming an idol, Woonhak was already interested in music and performance. He reportedly began dreaming of becoming a singer after becoming interested in K-pop and watching performances by artists he admired. He auditioned for KOZ ENTERTAINMENT and eventually became a trainee, where he developed his singing, dancing, and songwriting abilities. His trainee period was relatively short compared with many idols, but he demonstrated enough potential to eventually become part of the final BOYNEXTDOOR lineup. During the group's formation, Woonhak was the youngest member, and his age became one of the defining characteristics of his relationship with the other members. Rather than treating him simply as a younger member who needed to be protected, the older members have encouraged him to participate actively in the group's creative process. by @bronedoo

mooooeow since martin is into cats these days #cortis #martin @cortis Martin, whose full name is Martin M. is a Canadian-Korean singer, songwriter, producer, and member of CORTIS under BIGHIT MUSIC. Born on March 20, 2008, Martin is the oldest member and leader of CORTIS, making him an important figure in the group both onstage and behind the scenes. He officially debuted with CORTIS on August 18, 2025, alongside James, Juhoon, Seonghyeon, and Keonho. CORTIS's name comes from the phrase "COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES," representing the group's desire to think independently, experiment creatively, and move beyond conventional boundaries. Martin strongly represents this concept because of his extensive involvement in the creative process. Rather than being involved only as a vocalist and performer, he has participated in songwriting, composition, choreography, and video production, helping shape the artistic direction of CORTIS from its earliest stages. As the oldest member, he also takes on a leadership role among the members, but his position is not simply based on age. His musical experience, creativity, and ability to contribute ideas have made him an important part of the group's identity. Martin's journey as an artist began at a relatively young age. He was born in Canada and later moved to South Korea, where he eventually entered the Korean entertainment industry. Before debuting with CORTIS, Martin had already gained experience working behind the scenes in music. He became a trainee at BIGHIT MUSIC and spent years developing his abilities in songwriting, producing, and performing. His creative abilities were recognized even before CORTIS debuted, and he became involved in writing and producing music for other HYBE artists. One of the most notable examples is his involvement in TXT's "Deja Vu," where he received songwriting and production credits. He has also participated in creating music for other artists, giving him experience that goes beyond what would normally be expected from a rookie idol. This background helped prepare him for CORTIS by @bronedoo

this song is so juhoon coded // which member next?? ib: me #cortis #juhoon @cortis Juhoon, whose birth name is Kim Juhoon, is a South Korean singer and member of CORTIS under BIGHIT MUSIC. He was born on January 3, 2008, in Seoul, South Korea, making him the oldest member of CORTIS after Martin. Juhoon officially debuted with CORTIS on August 18, 2025, alongside Martin, James, Seonghyeon, and Keonho. He is known as one of the more calm and laid-back members of the group, and his representative color is blue while his representative animal is a turtle. Juhoon is also an only child, and before pursuing his career as an idol, he had experience as a child model. His early experiences in front of the camera eventually became part of a much bigger journey into music and performance. He attended Sangmyung University Teacher's College Experimental Elementary School and Young Hoon International Middle School before taking the high school graduation equivalency examination. Although he is now known primarily as a member of CORTIS, his background includes several different interests and experiences that helped shape him before his debut. Juhoon's journey toward becoming a K-pop artist is particularly interesting because music was not necessarily the only career he imagined for himself when he was younger. As a child, he dreamed of becoming a soccer player and was involved in youth basketball as well. He eventually developed an interest in music and performance, learning to play several instruments including the piano, flute, and guitar. His musical interests became more serious as he grew older, eventually leading him to audition for BIGHIT MUSIC. Interestingly, the audition song he chose was "Slow Dancing" by BTS member V, which is a small but meaningful connection between Juhoon and the senior artist whose music influenced his own path toward becoming a performer. He eventually joined BIGHIT MUSIC as a trainee around 2023–2024 and became the last member to join the CORTIS lineup. During his trainee period, he continued developing his musical and performance abilities before finally debuting with the group in 2025. i cant be the only one that thinks seonghyeon and taehyung give off the same vibes #cortis #seonghyeon #bts #taehyung @cortis @bts.bighitofficial Seonghyeon and Kim Taehyung are two South Korean artists from different generations of BIGHIT MUSIC, with Seonghyeon being a member of the younger boy group CORTIS and Taehyung, also known by his stage name V, being a member of BTS. Seonghyeon, whose birth name is Eom Seonghyeon and whose English name is Sean Eom, was born on January 13, 2009, in Seo-gu, Daejeon, South Korea. He made his official debut as a member of CORTIS on August 18, 2025, alongside Martin, James, Juhoon, and Keonho. CORTIS is known for its creative approach to music and its concept of "Color Outside the Lines," encouraging the members to explore their own ideas instead of being restricted to traditional roles. Seonghyeon fits naturally into this concept because he has a strong interest in songwriting, composing, choreography, and music production. Even before his debut, he spent several years as a trainee developing his skills, and his creative abilities have become an important part of his identity within CORTIS. He is known for participating in the group's creative process, including contributing to choreography for "GO!" and developing his musical abilities through songwriting and composition. Outside of music, Seonghyeon has interests such as watching movies and dramas, playing basketball, skateboarding, cycling, and trying different kinds of coffee. His personality is often described as more reserved and thoughtful, and his MBTI is commonly listed as INTP. He is also left-handed and has a younger sister. Despite being one of the youngest members of the group, Seonghyeon has shown that he has a serious interest in becoming an artist who can contribute creatively both onstage and behind the scenes. Since CORTIS's debut, he has continued to grow as a performer and creator, with the group's music giving him opportunities to develop his skills and express his own artistic ideas. Taehyung, meanwhile, is one of the most established artists associated with BIGHIT MUSIC and is a member of BTS. Born Kim Taehyung on December 30, 1995, in Seo-gu, Dae by @bronedoo
