Oh boy, where to start… to think that 9/10 years ago I was wondering who you were to now wondering why your gone. You were by far the biggest supporter in my life and I wish I would’ve seen it sooner. I wish I would’ve said it more but thank you for everything you’ve ever done for me. From all the math lessons, to life lessons. All the countless hours you gave up for me to help with bowling, to teach me that one extra little thing to make me better. All the draining hot days at the ball fields and thousands of miles you’ve driven just to be there and support me. All the practices you’d take me to and all the pitching lessons where you’d be my catcher. YOU were there. You treated me like your own from the very start. No matter what it was, when it was, or where it was you were there for me. Whether it be 12am and I just needed someone to talk to or it be I’m crying in my closet and you’d come sit with me. To say you will be missed is an understatement…you were not only my biggest supporter but my biggest inspiration. I’ll forever stride to be even half the person you were. I’d give everything to hear you say “hey kiddo” again. Or “how’s trouble doing” wish I could turn the clocks back and tell you how much I appreciated everything you’ve done for me to make me a better person and to help me accomplish any and everything I want in life. Wish I would’ve hugged you longer that last time or told you how much I loved you. I shouldn’t be saying goodbye like this and when I see you again you already know I’ll be giving you hell for leaving so soon. But until then I hope I make you proud…rest easy dad❤️ by @brook_scholl
