I love it when a finishes palette just works without being too shouty. My kitchen island and it’s subtle earthy palette and a symbiotic relationship between texture, tone and monochrome. Dulux White on White bagged bricks with a brickwork detail to both mark the entry, and let the sea breeze flow at Helia House Peregian Beach #whitebricks #brickwork #brickdetail #breezeblocks #baggedbrick taken in Peregian Beach by @brooke__marsh

Thoughtful of the neighbours palm tree to position itself in perfect view through the skylight. These tiles were the best colour match for the biscuity microcement walls to the ensuite at Ionian. Tiles are the Fabe Ox by Artedomus. The subtle colour variations and textured finish offer a handmade feel. Love. They are ridiculously stain resistant. Also love. Awash in monochrome. The living space upstairs at Ionian House with its stonewash apricot and peachy tones. Soaring ceilings are weighted down with an enormous pendant to absorb some of the outrageous cavernous space #ionianhouse #noosabeachhouse #australianinteriors #tonalcolourpalette by @brooke__marsh

More a light well than stairwell. Drenched in white paint and render with a skylight flooding the space in natural light all makes for one happy philodendron. Paint to the walls is Snowy Mountain Half by @duluxaus which was chosen for its just-a-smidge of creamy warmth #ionianhouse #philodendron #biophilia #houseplants Photo by @jaseimagesnoosa taken in Marcus Beach by @brooke__marsh

Fireside in summer in Noosa. We certainly don’t need the warmth but the ambience is welcomed #ionianhouse #noosa #noosabeachfront #fireplacedesign #fireplace taken in Marcus Beach by @brooke__marsh

Quietude after the festive storm. My Christmas panic room is a calming blend of raw materials, soaring ceilings and tactile textiles. So grateful for this luxe escape hatch #marcusbeach #australianbeachhouse #australianinteriors by @brooke__marsh

Outdoor coverage designed to hover weightlessly above the exterior deck space at my Peregian Beach project Helia House. The intent was to leave the transition seamless and the views unbroken #peregianbeachhouse #noosa #heliahouseperegian @blackburnejackson collaboration @wandering_architect photography taken in Peregian Beach by @brooke__marsh

A chunk of Zaragoza marble hovering above a solid base of claylike tiles @artedomus and travertine flooring @ecooutdoor. The tiles were pieced together precision-perfectly to create a wraparound the base. What lies beyond. The journey into the space can be as interesting as the space itself #ionianhouse #noosabeachhouse #mediterraneanstyle taken in Marcus Beach by @brooke__marsh
