THE most unreal week in the Maldives with the best crew 🌴🩵 @activeescapes & @f45_training

The clearest blue water I’ve ever seen. Two workouts a day on white sand & under the palm trees. Swimming with sharks & sting rays. Beach volleyball (I’m terrible). And a whole lot of laughs with some pretty epic people.

Still trying to put this week into words. What a place, what a crew, what a week 🦈☀️

Thankful for the ability to go, superstar grandparents, & an awesome team to keep the gym afloat while we were away. 🙏 taken in Maldives by @brooke_duff

Happy birthday bestie ❤️

Just trying to get guns like yours. Seriously though, the hard work you’ve put in, to perform as you do, is insane. People don’t see the sacrifice & the determination to be better everyday.

So many cool adventures together. I’m lucky to tag along for a few of your job trips, & seeing you do what you do; the personal growth is insane. You’re confident, charismatic, professional, personable & truly live & breathe what you teach.

Best Dad ever - Harri’s ultimate role model. No better person for him to want to strive to be like. “When I grow up I want to be a Coach like Dad”

😂 in a ‘moment’.
Life’s been pretty crazy the past 5 years- businesses, kids, work travel, training. You somehow do it all.

Tahlia will forever feel safe & supported by you. God help whoever Tahli tries to bring home when she’s older, getting past you will be the ultimate test.

Athlete. You work so hard at your craft, & you’re “just getting started”.

My best friend.
13 years old, with a rats tail, a stretcher in your ear, & never really in class 😂 if only we could see who you are now, back then. You’d be stoked.

One of many chapters, seasons, & moments we get to share.

This was pretty cool, NY city & sightseeing. But to be honest, we could be anywhere & I’d enjoy it with you.

Always making us all laugh. Zero ego. Lots of banter. A bunch of shit jokes. by @brooke_duff

Another one bites the dust. Sydney 2026 🐨🇦🇺

So good to tick off another race. Stoked with how our run training paid off, sitting comfortably in that 4:10–4:25 pace.

Every time I train for this, I swear it’ll be my last… then race day hits & I’m hooked all over again. We’ve cracked sub-70 @oldskinkm …I reckon sub-66 is easily within reach 👀😎

Epic weekend with even better humans doing epic things. So proud of our @f45_training_marshland crew- everyone walking away with a PB 🙌 taken in Sydney Olympic Park by @brooke_duff

Put in the work. Have fun. Reap the rewards longterm.

Between us, we’ve got four kids, five grandkids & a lifetime of memories to make with them. Lucky we train so we can keep up 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
