When you are nine years old and are ready to be baptized:)

And you have your Dad right beside you and your pastor on the other side who you has known you since you were born.

Very few moments in life feel as if the veil was pulled back between heaven and earth and for a second they met. As a mama, this felt like that thin place. Watching my first born give his YES to Jesus. And then his words that came after....

"I've never felt this kind of love and joy. When i came above the water i felt like a newborn baby,and i could feel jesus holding me and worshiping with me."

He was my boy. He was.

The mom who almost deletes instagram entirely, posts a reel that went viral and now i have a few new followers.

So, Hi:)

It felt like a little tug to keep sharing. Even if insatgram can often be a time sucker, and a comparrison trap, i know there IS so much good to it, too. And i have this little feeling i should keep showing the little snippets of my life with you all.

In hopes to always share the love of Jesus.
In hopes you come here and always find authenticity and the beauty of vulnerability.
In hopes to continue to be a glimmer of light and joy on this thing called the internet.

You will find that I am the stay at home mom who really is always at home.
You will find i have 3 boys and a little girlie, and no we didn't keep "trying for a girl." I actually wanted to be an all boy mama. But she came in and flipped our world upside down in the best way.
You will find my husband is insatgramless, but if you do see him on here he is pretty much always going to make you laugh.
You will find that i am an identical twin. We live in different states but she really is my other half, my kids. call her "two mama." And she is exactly that to them, their second mommy.
You will find that i really love birth. I have my own doula business and if i am not with my own babies, i am helping support a mama welcoming hers.

You will find that i kinda share it all.
The good,
the hard,
the beautiful,
the messy,
the ordinary moments,
and really special days.

You'll see lots of baseball games on here, a few ballet classes, and some glimpses into the beauty of birth work. You will see lots of our home that i have had my babies in and you may catch on that i really love making our little haven in franklin, TN beautiful.

And you will find i really really love the Lord.
I am so uninterested in doing any part of my life without Him at the center of it all.

My posts on here are daily snippets on my life. I won't ever share to gain applause from you all. But simply using this app as a little "online journal" i like to say. And if you find you want to keep flipping through it, thank you:)

We have been doing this each summer since Luca was 18 months old. I blinked and he is 9, riding the big rides and i have 3 more soaking up the fair fun:)

When it's your first day of ballet, and your three older brothers think it is the greatest thing ever.

I got a glimpse of her wedding day today, and how the three or them may respond, and my goodness, my heart is on the floor.

Spent the afternoon with @ouradventuringsoulsphotography as she flew from Austin, TX to be a part of my mentorship program! I put together this shoot for her so we could chat through both indoor and outdoor photos and play with direct light and flash!

February was one for the books. A month that held so much joy. A month where i could physically feel the start to my redemption story for year 33.

32 was HARD. 2024 in general felt like treading water with no shore in sight. Jesus kept me treading. My family kept me treding, and my friends held me up in ways i won't ever be able to thank them for.

February i celebrated my first born turning 9:)
My best friend took me to Disney world for my birthday.
We laughed for three days straight with our people:)
@allysonphillips and i twinned the entire trip and realized while half of our brain is wildly different the other part of our brain is entirely the same.
I had the honor of helping set up the first @legacygirlsnashville event! And got to watch my best friend birth a promise she's held onto for 10 years.
I witnessed and experienced the presence of God redefining stories, and in one night His love changed everything!!!
My TWIN sister suprised the MESS out of me. Like just booked a flight and showed up in my living room to simply come hug and love on me.
My closest friends put together the most "me" party ever. In my home, in cozy clothes and i literally sat for 3 solid hours as they poured their entire hearts out with affirmation and speaking LIFE over my next year.

Oh Feb, you were good to me. Thank you Jesus for all the million little ways your goodness was in every detail.

January, you were COZY!!!

So much snow.
So much slowing down.
So many special memories made i will treasure for the rest of my life.

Still thinking about this Frozen birthday for my elsa loving baby girl!

I told my hubby, this is our last time throwing a 2nd birthday and she is also our only girl after throwing many many boy birthdays. So, i am goin all out, i am turning our home into Arrendale:)

Just like that, my third baby boy is off to his first year of preschool.

He has been ready for it since he was born. 😂

My Elijah Brave, the last two years as i watched you walk lyon down these halls i would giggle just thinking about when it would be your turn. And how much JOY these teachers would experience having you in their class.

My latger than life third born, wild as can be, yet the sweetest boy i have ever known, you are going to soar.
