heart is so full💘🫶🏻☀️🤸‍♀️

It’s so crazy to think that we saw one picture one Sunday at church and decided to sign up for kairos retreat. We had no clue what to expect. All we knew was that we wanted to build our community in Christ, and I had been longing for a community at college that would keep me accountable, consistent, and grounded in my faith.Safe to say, I found my people. Coming to Kairos, we grew our community even bigger, and I truly never wanted it to end. But I know the friendships I’ve built with these people will continue for a long, long time.We talked about how good ideas that aren’t God’s ideas are bad ideas,but I can definitely say this was Gods good idea. He gave us the opportunity to be bold in our faith, grow closer to Him, and experience His presence in so many different ways.We got a little taste of heaven sitting around a campfire worshiping, running around with no shoes on, and singing at the top of our lungs,and beating the boys in football…These are the moments I’ll never forget.

Where do I even start with campference 2026?
This was my first year not being a student at campference , and honestly, it took me by surprise. As much as I loved being a student playing games, competing, and being part of a team..this year opened my eyes to something even greater.Being on Rec Crew gave me the opportunity to serve in so many different ways. Whether it was praying over students at the altar, hyping everyone up, setting up and tearing down chairs and tables, I loved every single second of it.But my favorite part by far was watching hundreds of students bow before our King, surrender their lives to Christ, and begin building a relationship with Him. There is nothing more beautiful than seeing lives changed right before your eyes.I truly felt like God used me this week to make a difference in some of these students lives, and it reminded me that I’m happiest when I’m serving Him. This week wasn’t about me it was about pointing people to Jesus, and that’s something I’ll never take for granted.Thank you, campference , for a week I’ll never forget, for the memories, the friendships,and most importantly, for allowing me to witness God move in such an incredible way.Same time next year 🫶🏻 by @brookee_averyy
