Your own Private Idaho… But in DEL MAR 🌊🌊🌊

Tucked away in one of the most extraordinary coastal settings, this exceptional property offers something truly rare: unparalleled privacy, protected coastal views, and the breathtaking Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve just steps outside your front door.

Built in 2019, this stunning residence combines the beauty of newer construction with a fabulous, thoughtfully designed floor plan, curated designer upgrades, and effortless indoor-outdoor living including the most fabulous rooftop deck I’ve ever seen.

Wake up surrounded by nature, explore miles of scenic trails, breathe in the ocean air, and experience a level of tranquility that feels worlds away—yet you’re just minutes from everything Del Mar has to offer.

Some homes offer a beautiful place to live. Others offer a lifestyle you simply cannot recreate. This is both.

📩 DM me for an exclusive private showing.

Not every home I sell is turnkey — and I kind of love that. ✨
This retro gem in a wonderfully eclectic neighborhood reminded me there’s real value in old things. What looks like one person’s clutter is another person’s treasure, and clearly I’m not the only one who sees it — we’ve already got investor offers rolling in before it’s even hit the market.

I’ve got my work cut out for me, but there’s something special about seeing a home in original condition preserved in it’s era.

Know someone who’d love a fixer just waiting to have its full potential reimagined? With some vision, this could be a mid-century modern dream brought back to life. DM me for details🔑

(And yes, that’s an antelope in the bathtub. 🦌)

We don’t just sell homes here—we live here, raise our kids here and are part of the community every single day. We know the neighborhoods, the schools, the lifestyle, and the little things that make North County San Diego feel like home.

Because when it comes to real estate, two really is better than one. Two perspectives. Two networks. Two agents fully invested in you.

Brooke + Brooke — local knowledge, personal connection, and twice the commitment. 🏡✨

This cause is so close to my heart. ❤️ Knowing how fortunate my own kids have been to experience a private school education makes the mission of Cristo Rey even more meaningful—providing that same opportunity to deserving students with limited financial resources.

Last night, we raised an incredible $240,000 for these amazing students! 🙏🏼 I feel so blessed to serve on this committee and help support a mission that truly changes lives.

And one of the best parts? A dear friend I invited was so inspired that she now wants to get involved too. That’s what it’s all about—bringing people together, giving back, and creating opportunities for others. ❤️✨😇 taken in Rancho Santa Fe, California by @brookeinsd

Lucky Ladies ☘️ Cristo Rey golf classic/pickleball tournament. We may not be the best on the court but at least we brought the fun! Such an amazing cause with a wonderful group of people it’s all about supporting these incredible teens.
