Would I do everything the same way again? Probably not.
But I’m really glad I didn’t wait until everything was perfect. 🤍 by @brookemcberty

Options aren’t always about making a movement easier. They’re about finding what works best for YOUR body. 🤍

That’s something I’ll always prioritize as an instructor. by @brookemcberty

Grab a ball for this quick core series 🔥

Try 10-12 slow, controlled reps of each move (per side for alternating toe taps).

To modify, keep your head and shoulders resting on the mat.

Save this one to try later 🤍 by @brookemcberty

Usually counting pulses. Occasionally juggling everything else. 🤍 by @brookemcberty

✨ A fun afternoon with Kendra Scott!

We loved getting to be part of the Ever launch event, share a little about Barre with Brooke, and connect with so many of you.

Thank you to the Kendra Scott team for having us! 🤍 by @brookemcberty

✨ A little peek at this week’s arm series.
We love adding compound moves with light weights for a little more full body work.

No one really prepares you for everything that comes after you open the doors.

I wear way more hats than I ever imagined, and honestly, teaching class is sometimes the easiest part. There’s always something happening behind the scenes ~ planning, scheduling, solving problems when they come up, managing the team, and figuring out what needs my attention first.

I’ve also learned that growth can feel exciting and overwhelming at the same time. But some of the best parts are also the simplest ~ a full class, celebrating a client milestone, or hearing that barre has become part of someone’s routine.🤍 by @brookemcberty
