dirty cam but a beautiful day of dancing!!🤍

While sitting here I look back on this week with immense gratitude!! Thankful that dance is my career, thankful that my body allows me to move, thankful for friends that encourage and push me to grow! Thankful for incredible teachers like @_marissapowers who challenge, inspire, and educate. Thankful for @noahkahanmusic & his music and the way it leads me in emotional storytelling. Thankful for @elevationstudiomo in all the ways🫶🏼

Here soon I’ll be posting lots of dance videos to remember the growth, inspiration, & remind myself of my journey. To remind myself that I don’t just do hip-hop 😉. To my students, you never stop learning, growing and finding new ways to move! Keep dancing!!

MJ style to remember the time, obsessssseeeeddd! @jose_concepcionsuarez is truly so talented, kind & one of the gentlest teachers that has a way of bringing the most out of you! Seeing @mjonelv again and learning from the choreography coach was simply a dream & the absolute best groove to end out the conference 🖤

pov you’re a dance teacher running around backstage of recital yet you catch a glimpse from the wings & this song plays in your head as the dancers take the stage…🥹🩷
I am always so proud and in awe of what these kiddos do. It takes bravery, heart, discipline, confidence and determination. When all of the planning is over, the classes have ended, the rehearsals have stopped and all that awaits are the lights and the stage…my job is over…but really it’s the best part…seeing dancers for the 1st time or the 1000th time step in front of an audience and SHINE!✨ (this is just a few clips I got from 6 full recitals!)

WOW!!🤩 what an incredible banquet to celebrate all our competition team has accomplished this year & with the best coworkers!

Watching these dancers challenge themselves, gain confidence, support one another, and truly shine on and off the stage is such a joy!!

I am so proud of everything they accomplished this year and even more proud of the amazing people they are becoming. Congratulations on a season full of growth, determination, and success! I will sure miss these routines but I can't wait to see what next year brings! 🩷💜🩵 #shinebright #dreambig #riseup taken in Elevation Studio by @brookemlink
