Hell lost another one. There was a time when I truly believed I was living my best life. I thought freedom was found in partying, chasing validation, and looking a certain way. But no matter how much I achieved or how much I changed on the outside, there was still a void nothing could fill.Then I encountered Jesus.He didn’t just change my habits - He changed my heart, my mind and my life. He gave me an identity that wasn’t rooted in my past, my appearance, or other people’s opinions. He gave me purpose.It’s crazy to look back and see who I used to be. Most people who meet me now can’t believe I ever lived that way - but that’s the power of God.My testimony isn’t about how “good” I became. It’s about how good God is. He took a lost soul that was searching, gave it purpose, and completely changed the direction of my life.I still have moments where I wonder, “God, why would You use someone like me?” But that’s the beauty of His grace. He doesn’t see us the way we often see ourselves. He sees who He’s created us to be.Founding PUMP & PRAISE has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. To combine my passion for fitness with my passion for Jesus and watch people encounter Him is something I’ll never stop thanking God for. I never imagined He could redeem something I once made an idol and use it for His glory.For so long, I felt ashamed of my life before Christ. By the world’s standards it may have seemed “normal” just partying, drinking, and living it up - but I’m so grateful that even when I wasn’t looking for Him, He never stopped pursuing me. His hand was on my life long before I recognised His.No words could ever fully express what Jesus has done for me. All I know is this: Nothing this world offers will ever satisfy the way He does.If you’re still searching for something to fill the emptiness, I promise you - it’s not another party, relationship, money, the perfect body or success.
