I loved learning about the amusement park legacy on my recent visit to @clevemetroparks Euclid Beach Park

The pier is absolutely stunning, with a lovely view of the Cleveland skyline. (There’s a fishing pier as well.) The beach is beautiful, and we took a walk on one of the trails. There’s a Cleveland sign too!

This new business has my whole heart! Who wouldn’t want a bucket full of pierogi?!?!

@pierogibucket is located to the right of @ohiocityfarm

It’s Eastern European fast casual takeaway. Menu includes crispy potato cheddar pierogi, kielbasa, latkes, & Slovenian dogs.

We got the 1/2 bucket with 12 pierogi for $11.99 and the latke box- 3 for $7.99 and they were a really big size. Everything came out piping hot and the wait was minimal. A couple of dipping sauces are available, but we didn’t need any- the pierogi are seasoned really well. The owner said they’re working on getting tables for seating, but the two benches they had outside were just fine for us!

The owner also has his book, “Pierogi!” for sale at the Ohio City Farm Store. Make sure to check the store out too!

I have been anxiously awaiting for @shibam.cleveland newest location to open and was over the moon to check it out this evening! The inside is absolutely stunning and the food and drinks are delicious!

Grand Opening this Saturday, 10/10 from 3:00-10:00PM

What I recommend:

Spanish latte
Mango Macha
Their teas are delicious!
I tried several desserts and it’s definitely a strength of theirs! If you like pistachio like I do, they have lots of options. Their Taleen dessert (same name as a staff member’s daughter🥹) was delightful! The Kunafa is a must try and extremely shareable. The cheese pull was sublime.
The chicken flatbread sandwich was incredible! Full sandwich menu should be out next week.

One of the coolest Cleveland experiences ever!

My husband and I are huge film buffs, and recently saw “Odessey” in 70mm @phoenixtheatresnortholmsted @greatnorthernmalloh

I noticed the 70mm Booth Tour signs and inquired if we had to purchase a ticket to tour, and was told it’s free after every 70mm screening if you saw the film! You get escorted up the elevator, and the projectionist was amazing giving us the origin story of their projectors and answering all of our questions. After she explained they researched and sourced the 60’s cameras from a museum in Montreal, working closely with the Canadian government, I was in awe! The $25 price point for 70mm makes so much sense after the tour, seeing all that goes in to keeping the art of film alive, and in my opinion, totally worth it!

More 70mm films to come, but I loved seeing “Odessey” for the second time in 70mm (first time chose IMAX).

It’s HOA HOA HOA season, and celebrating @meanmugginmarkets Twilight Market @thefoundrysocial kicked it off just right!

Awesome décor & photo backdrops, the film playing throughout, themed drinks & mocktails, great array of vendors, and getting yummy @rollinginthedoughcle Chimney Cakes under the full moonlight- just a great night!

Our Halloween costumes this year are Twilight Baseball Players, and we had so much fun dressing up!

Fall weather is my happy place, and @lakewoodtruckpark lets me soak it all in! Great atmosphere & food truck selection, kid & dog-friendly too! My daughter LOVES the $1.00 “win-every-time” rubber ducky claw machine. Tacos from @braisedinthecle were super yummy! Check their website for food truck schedule.

For the past several years, we’ve had the tradition of going to @cedarpoint for the day with my nephews in the fall, but this was the first time we’d stayed overnight, and it was a great staycation memory maker!

I’d seen @cleveland_esquire_mommy post about Hotel Breakers, and I’ve been keeping it in the back of my mind to look into. I hopped on a reasonable rate/package they had, and I’m so glad I did!

What I liked about our stay & why I’ll definitely be on the lookout for deals to stay there again:

✨The “sweet spot” I found is early September- after Labor Day, but before Halloweekends officially begins!
✨Current packages include “Thrills and Chills” for Halloweekends
✨ Free shuttle (we took it to have dinner at Bay Harbor at the Cedar Point Marina and the patio sunset dinner was spectacular)
✨ Lake Erie & Cedar Point views got us so excited for the next day!
✨ One hour early park entry (applies to all Cedar Point Resorts/Hotel properties)
✨ Easy parking included with reservation, with in-and-out privileges
✨ Restaurants on site: Starbucks, Perkins, Hibachi, Pizza, etc. (Prices will be higher than outside of Cedar Point)
✨ 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, Cedar Point Beach access. Since we checked in on a Friday after work, and went to the park early the next morning, we didn’t get to take advantage of these, but definitely will next time!
