CLIENT TRANSFORMATION ❤️

Sarah came to me with a clear goal: lose body fat, clean up her eating habits, and create a plan that actually fit her lifestyle and that’s exactly what we’ve done.

As a shift worker pulling 12+ hour days, consistency hasn’t always been easy, but she shows up and gets it done

By setting realistic expectations and sustainable habits, Sarah has stayed consistent and continued ticking the boxes week after week

She’s learning more about herself every single day, and the growth I’ve seen, both mentally and physically, makes me so proud 🥹

This is only the beginning, and I’m so excited to see what we continue to achieve together ❤️

Hi, I’m Brooklyn ❤️

I didn’t always have a healthy relationship with training, food, or my body, and that’s exactly why I coach the way I do now. I know what it feels like to be stuck in cycles of restarting, restriction, and thinking you’re the problem, when really, the approach just isn’t right for you

Health and fitness shouldn’t feel overwhelming, punishing, or like something you’re constantly failing at. It should feel supportive, realistic, and sustainable, something that fits into your life, not takes over it

My goal is simple: to help women build confidence, consistency, and habits they can actually maintain long term
No extremes, no quick fixes. Just guidance, support, and a plan that works with you

If you’ve ever felt lost in your journey, just know, you’re not broken, and you’re not alone ❤️

My health & fitness journey: She’s a long & vulnerable video but I think it’s important to share all the highs and lows of my fitness journey!

Progress is not linear & is far from perfect!

I’ve been through it all & im so happy to be in the place I am now!

Do you want to grow your glutes?
Its time to stop trying to be the smallest version of yourself 🫡

Every phase serves its purpose
Nothing is built overnight

Your habits create the body you want
Your habits build discipline
Your habits build your routine
Your habits are literally why you get from one spot to the next

Now, before you go and add 47283 other habits, it’s actually important that you’re focusing on the right things

- Training 3-5 times a week (but actually progressing and not just training to say you train, push yourself)
- consistently hitting a step target that YOU can do (not what every influencer on Instagram is doing)
- actually eating the food YOUR body needs (again, not what everyone in Instagram is eating)
- following a plan that is YOURS and created specifically for you (not one from chat gpt)

These all build your dream physique, nail these and you won’t need to add 742828 other things to your to list (because this literally sets you up to fail)
