October dayze ✨️

2026 has been a wild ride...

This year has been a blaze and Fire Horse is a pretty good description.

I did not expect any of the things that have happened, didn't know I'd find myself where I am, and how fast everything has gone by.

The best part about this year is having learned the true freedom of letting everything go.

It feels really good. 🙌

I'm already planning to create a 2027 that feels like more freedom, more creativity and more time to expand into both.

Word on the street is the next 2 months should feel a little bit softer as the year comes to an end. 🫶

What has 2026 been for you? Have you been experiencing the wild ride too?

Reminder: You do not need to be strong, flexible, or "in shape" to start Pilates. You do Pilates to build those things.

So many people wait for the perfect time or the perfect fitness level to begin. But the best time to start is right now, exactly as you are. ✨️

When you're in the room with me, there is no judgment. There is only room for growth, movement that feels good, and a whole lot of grace. Everybody in the room started as a beginner, just like you.

Drop a 🤍 in the comments if you are ready to prioritize your movement this week.

When you stop chasing, the right things find you. ✨️🫶

Wishing you a blessed and beautiful day.

The absolute best part of class?

The cool-down stretches on the carriage. ✨️

That feeling when the springs hit the perfect tension and your body finally uncoils. 🤌🏼

Nothing beats the support of the reformer to deeply unwind and reset.

The most authentic you can be is when you lock in to growing YOU.

Book the class.

Move with integrity.

Show up for YOU.

Pilates brings connection. To your self, your breath, your body.

Let's build that connection. ✨️

Let me know any questions or hesitations holding you back from connecting to your self in movement.

See you in class!

True story. 🥰✨️

Best part? It was my mom's class.

Now we're doing it side by side. 🙌

Let’s talk about what actually makes a Pilates class great. Hint: It’s not about having the most complex choreography or the perfect aesthetic. It’s about how you feel in the room. ✨️🙌

Here are 3 green flags that mean you’ve found the right space:

Adaptive Teaching: A great instructor reads the room. They offer variations and progressions so that whether you’re a beginner, managing an injury, or looking for a challenge, you feel safe and confident.

Genuine Inclusivity: True belonging means you can show up exactly as you are. A green flag studio creates an environment where you never feel out of place.

The Fun Factor: Workouts shouldn't feel like a chore. When a class balances hard work with high energy and laughter, you'll actually look forward to coming back.

Movement is a celebration of what your body can do. 🎊

See you in class!

Tower legs ✨️🤍

One of my favourite things about Pilates are the endless possibilities of movement.

Each piece of equipment delivers a different element to each exercise, and they offer different possibilities of challenging and supporting your body through movement.

Pilates + functional fitness work together if you open your mind and allow it. 🙌

Life is about creativity and love. Why not get creative in Pilates on the equipment and love your glutes a little extra today?

See you in class!

Discipline looks boring until you see what it builds.🙌

One Pilates session. One controlled rep. One choice to show up, even when motivation is nowhere to be found.

Over time, those small commitments build strength, stability, confidence, and a body that supports the life you want to live.

Keep showing up. Your progress is being built in the moments no one else sees.✨️❤️

Consistency is number one. ✨️

Show up every day.

Some days are slower, more thoughtful.

Some days you're able to push yourself past your limits with more energy and strength.

They all count.

Every time you show up, it's a promise to your future self that you can rely on you. 🤍

How are you showing up today?

#pilateslife #ConsistencyIsKey #yvrfitness #vancouverpilates by @brooklyndesigns

Consistency creates change. ⚡️

It's not about exhausting yourself and forcing every workout to be the hardest.

It's about consistently showing up for yourself.

It's about making a commitment and a promise to you and your future self.

The real transformation happens from the inside out. More energy, better balance, and a clearer mind. 🤍

Your body will thank you for not skipping today.

See you in the studio! ✨

The hardest part of Pilates isn’t the breathing, the burn, or the coordination.

It’s sitting in your car in the parking lot, talking yourself into opening the studio door.

To the woman who is adjusting her clothes, second-guessing her outfit, or worrying that she “isn't flexible enough” or “doesn't fit the vibe”—this is your gentle reminder: You belong in this room. 💯

You don’t need to look a certain way, own the trendiest activewear, or know how a reformer works before you arrive. You just have to show up exactly as you are.

Take a deep breath. Open the door, and let me guide you tgrough your fitness journey with grace and ease. 🤍✨
