Getting old is not the greatest let’s be real, but it doesn’t have to be miserable! @dr.amanda.holden is writing a book that is almost done and it highlights all her tips and tricks in aesthetics..one being “The 5 Steps to Staying Youthful with Facial Aesthetics” and guys I’m here for it! i’m all in on the Hold Time Back journey and can I just say… how much better I feel! Fun fact— we lose collagen at the rate of 1% per year starting at age 18. So basically I’m 45 and aging backwards. But man, I wish I would have started earlier! Especially microneedling! I started injections slowly 10 years ago at 35 but started seeing @dr.amanda.holden 8 years ago. Her and her whole team have all been a dream come true. Everything she does is natural… the same old (minus looking completely old) me, but naturally elevated and youthful.

What’s the 5 Steps you may ask? Well….
Step 1: medical grade skin care ✔️
Step 2: wrinkle relaxers (dysport, botox) ✔️
Step 3: dermal fillers (replaces lost volume)✔️/biostimulators (aka sculptra to help build collagen + tighten + lift)✔️
Step 4: skin tightening (microneedling) ✔️/skin resurfacing (lasers)
Step 5: emface (muscle, lifting, + toning)

Still finishing up step 4- microneedling is amazing! Did number 3 today. I have definitely seen an improvement in my skin for sure and in a month we will see if I need another, then in the winter moving to a laser which I’m super excited for and last but not least a good ol’ emface treatment! Yay for aesthetics! And thank youuuuu @holdentimelessbeautymedspa + @dr.amanda.holden for helping me hold time back 💎🧑🏼‍🩰

LAKE ARROWHEAD LABOR DAY YEAR 2🇺🇸

When we can all get together it’s always a special time. Very grateful for all of our friendships that began in highschool and beyond. Best part is seeing our kids grow up together and who all love being together. Also grateful for @alexpaigeclark for photographing it all…. you always need one of those friends among a group aye. taken in Lake Arrowhead, California by @brooklynninspired

Not me making my two eye rolling teens do a tik-a-tok-a-dee transition. And no I clearly haven’t figured out or am a fan of the supposedly “lip singing” ones that these kids do these days. Anyhoooooo… stella is having a real blast though. But the real thing to see here is this little red dress. On SALE right now at @zara for $13 originally $60. I’d run. And other thing to note. Newly injected lips and cheeks by the the queen @dr.amanda.holden can make you feel like a new women again. K bye.

I will forever be grateful for this magical trip to paradise. 🌴And please pay me no attention to my continued contribution to any more Caribbean posts that I make in the coming days, weeks or even months. I need to remember this vacation for years to come. 🫶🏻 taken in Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort by @brooklynninspired

“We’re going on vacation! We’re going on vacation! We’re going on vacationnnnnnnnn!!!!”

This place. Hands down. Is an absolute dream. 10/10. And they majorlyyyy upgraded us… did not expect this at all. These rooms we desperately wanted but of course were not in the budget. Butttttt looks like Caprice’s birthday is still continuing I guess 🤷‍♀️

P.S watch till the end. Even Caprice’s friend got the vacation memo. She sent this to her and I about died. Least @kiera.edwards1 thinks I’m cool.

You would have thought I asked them to perform a darn surgery with their freaking eyes closed. It was literally pulling teeth to have them do a dang reel. Geez. I was just trying to get on their level. Meanwhile.. they’ve done a million tik-a-tok-a-tees repeating the same thing over and over and over again. I give up.

A SILLY GOOSE IS ALMOST ON THE LOOSE🪿💙

My cousinsister is going to be a mom and I still can’t believe it! Haley, you are going to be the best mom. I have absolutely no doubt about it. If how much you love and adore your Rio boy🐶 is any indicator to the deep love that you will give to this sweet little boy, then oh my… how beyond blessed is he.✨

Okkkkkk. But this theme. Am I right. Has got to be the cutest ever.
