We had an amazing time at the Windrush Wealth Expo in Shoreditch, East London! The turnout was fantastic, and the energy in the room was huge!

Super shout out to @lukecrwhyte and his incredible team for putting together such a successful event! So many people I spoke to were blown away by the value they received, which was amazing to see and hear.

We also had the pleasure of serving our delicious box meals. We made some new friends, it was lovely to hear how much everyone enjoyed the food.

Thank you to everyone who showed us love and support! 💚🌱

We look forward to the next Windrush Wealth Expo 🗓✨️

One of the highlights from our Father's Day hike. 💚

A huge thank you to @brooksplantbased for coming through and sharing nourishing plant-based food with the community. Acts of kindness like this remind us what @mandeminthewoods is all about—brotherhood, unity, love, and looking after one another.

When we come together in nature, share food, support each other, and build genuine connections, we create stronger communities and healthier lives.

Peace. Love. Unity. 💚

AG Fest was a whole vibe! 🎪🥳

Not only were we serving up our signature plant-based meals, but we also got to meet some amazing people throughout the day. The energy was unreal! 😄🎉

This has to be one of our favourite reactions of the day! 🤣 Huge love to @kadeyjames & @itsjojobaybee for the time we had!💚🌱

Their faces say everything... one bite and it was GAME OVER! 😮‍💨😋

When we say "Flavours You Deserve," we mean every single word. 🫡

If you came by our stall, thank you for the love, the laughs, and the support. Until the next one! ✨️

2 weeks of eating nothing but fruit and veg. No meat or fish. Everything plant based. Everything alkaline. I've gone from 17.11.5 stone to 16.13.7 in that period. I feel more healthy, the bloating is gone and my stomach has gone right down. A full 9cm. Big up @fiwi_herbs_ for the programme - hit them up for the teas and regime. Big up @brooksplantbased for providing cooked meals for me, big help on this journey. And big up everyone that has encouraged me to keep going. You lot are incredible. I'm gonna try my best to eat clean as I now understand the benefits. God bless you all 🙏🏾 p.s. I will be posting the vlog on my socials tomorrow 🏆 taken in Birmingham, United Kingdom by @brooksplantbased
