2023 → 2026 🥹🤍

Years of showing up, figuring it out, starting over, pushing limits, and becoming a version of myself I once only imagined.

When I look back at these pictures, I see so much more than a physical transformation. I see the girl who was just starting to learn what she was capable of, the girl who fell in love with lifting, the girl who became obsessed with chasing progress, and the girl who learned that sometimes growth means knowing when to slow down, too.

There have been seasons of building, seasons of cutting, days where I felt unstoppable, and days where I questioned everything. I’ve learned about discipline, consistency, patience, nutrition, and most importantly, that progress is never as linear as we want it to be.

For a long time, I thought the goal was always to be leaner, stronger, smaller, or better than the last version of myself. But somewhere along the way, I realized I don’t want to spend my entire life chasing a finish line that keeps moving.

I’m proud of the muscle I’ve built, the strength I’ve gained, and the dedication I’ve developed. But I’m even prouder of the mindset I’m building now. Learning to find balance, enjoy the process, give myself grace, and appreciate my body for everything it allows me to do.

The girl in 2023 had no idea how far she’d come, and the girl in 2026 is still figuring it out. That’s the beauty of it. There’s no final destination, just different versions of you to grow into. 🦋

Here’s to every version of me that showed up, even when it wasn’t easy. I wouldn’t be here without her. 🤍

2023-2026: same girl, different seasons, endless growth.
