#BoyParents Thanks @almayerich for helping us celebrate this joy by @broseph4052
82.5 PLU national champion by way of 529-330-600.8. 4/9 the ole @moverightpt way.this meet was stressful because I knew what I needed to hit to win and I waited until one of my last 2 lifts to do. A lot of work to be done. But this is the end of 82.5. Huge appreciate to @nick.kyle_dpt for always putting up with me. @__relle__ for handling me and making sure I was on pace. @oktaneenergy for always letting me rep the brand. Don’t know when I’m stepping back on a platform again. But we got some time to grow. by @broseph4052
After reflecting on this for a week I competed at KOTC4 where I totaled 1500 in the 90Kg class (weighed in at 83Kg) with a 545 squat, 347 bench, and 607 deadlift. Thank you @nick.kyle_dpt for shaming me into the next weight class, thank you @papabearrogers for hosting this meet. Thank you @small.bunyan for lending a hand. Thank you @toni_covington_ and @isupremew for allowing me to rock the brand. Next up WRPF nationals. Statistically, my worst meet ever. But after taking a little over a year off with some life changes I’ll take just getting back on the platform. 645KG total Squat 518, 551 (second vid. Depth call??), 551 for a third had nothing there. Bench: 336-347-352 (just wanted some numbers) Deadlift: 551, failed 567, cut third. About 4 weeks out I really messed up my left hip, that really showed up. Ended up 1st in the 90 and first in Open I’m thankful for my support system, I’m coming back. Thanks @a__mcneill for being there and taking care of Carter. Thanks @hatchey.fit for handling me. Thanks @swolechong and @forgesnp for hosting this event. Thanks @toni_covington_ and @oktaneco for letting me rep the brand. Thank you @nick.kyle_dpt for putting up with my bullshit by @broseph4052
What a ride. by @broseph4052
Openers under mass fatigue. 9 days out. Just lifting to lift. Glad I made a group of friends Use code JosephOK at @oktaneco by @broseph4052
Nothing like 7 second squat 15 days out. My back is cooked, 30 sucks ass. 540x1, double 336 unrecorded, suffered on deadlift Use code JosephOk at @oktaneco by @broseph4052
