RAMEN: THE BROTH BOOK IS FINALLY OUT!!!!

This project has taken almost one and half years of my life to create and today finally it’s out for all of you to enjoy. It’s a full comprehensive book of all things ramen, ramen recipes, ramen history and how to best enjoy ramen. I also really want to emphasise that, like all things when working on a huge project like this is that there are several individuals that have contributed to this, not only me. So I really want to give a huge thank you to @mary_nok for giving me this opportunity, @jonascramby for all the amazing photos and @amanda_akerman for the beautiful and heartwarming illustrations and form of the book. Also a big shout out to the team at @naturochkultur and @naturochkultur_fakta for taking a chance with me. Thank u @vastergarden for being the coolest and letting me use you beautiful bowls, plates and other handmade masterpieces to make this book look as dope as possible. U guys rock! S/o to my family and friends for supporting me.

I’ve worked incredibly hard with this book, writing and rewriting, adding and subtracting just to make sure that you that reads it has the best possible experience. And I’m very happy with how it turned out. I never give myself this but I’m very proud of myself.
I really love this and it is a privilege of a lifetime to be able to have this as a job, to cook for you all at events and spread my philosophy of how to make ramen.

So please, I never ask for this in otherwise but if you could share this it would help immensely to reach out to more people. Link for the book is in my bio. Please enjoy and take care of yourself. Gbg ramen 4-ever.

JAG SKA SLÄPPA EN KOKBOK

Jag har haft ett litet jättestort sidoprojekt på gång i ett år nu och nu får jag äntligen annonsera att jag släppa min första kokbok (åh herrejävlar) i september!
Den kommer heta ’RAMEN - THE BROTH BOOK” och innehåller typ allting jag har tänkt på med ramen de senaste 5 åren. Alla goa tankar och recept som jag gjort längs vägen. Allt från ramenhistoria till hur man äter ramen är med och typ 20 olika recept med ramen. Alla kommer hitta något dom gillar!

Men också har det tagit mycket kraft av mig att få ihop den boken, jag har skrivit på nätter efter svinlånga dagar med event och pop ups. Det har varit massa jobb och slit runtomkring detta mellan allt annat jobb och slit men jag är så himla stolt över allting jag lyckats få ihop med @naturochkultur och @naturochkultur_fakta. Big extra tack till @jonascramby för att han fick alla bilderna så otroligt fina 📸👑 Stor dag for mig som äntligen kan berätta vad jag pysslat med! Snart kan jag visa er allt!

Stockholm!!! You’ve been asking for us to come back and you know what? You caught us in a good mood so we’re coming to Stjärtilleriet for exclusive xtra xtra super mega three course dinner with the works. Three courses and three drinks for the price of 1195:-? In Stockholm? Holy shiiiii-. This is not your ordinary three course meal, we’re going to reach for the top shelf this night and coming in with fkn caviar, confit duck and broth so tasty it’ll make your head spin. I’m giddy about this menu. IIIIIH. Okay, I love stjärtilleriet, i love ramen and i love U baby

AAAAAAA WHAT A WILD COUPLE OF WEEKS

This has probably been the most intense work I’ve ever put down in this short amount time. I released a book, did Nyhetsmorgon, SVT Live, P4, live cookings, bokmässan, five different overbooked pop ups, a dope cooking class and got to meet so many people that are so insanely cool and nice and also love food. U guys are dope, ur sweet and I appreciate u all. Here’s a fragment of all the things we did these last couple of weeks <33

I’m going to relax now for a couple weeks and enjoy the fruits of our labour, but one things is for sure. Soup season is never over for us nerds. More events to come ❤️ by @brothboy.ramen
