Turning the Recycled Plastic Mallet 🔨

Now that the plastic is melted and set inside our tin-can mould, we have a functional mallet, but we wanted to give it that final bit of panache by using the lathe to truly level it up (or as our editor likes to say, lathe it up! 😉).

Watch us turn this tin-can-shaped block into a perfectly smooth, bespoke workshop rainbow mallet.

That brings our World Cleanup Day collab giveaway to a close!

A big thank you to everyone who joined, shared it with others, and took the time to learn more about the brands involved.

It’s been lovely to see so many people come together around better choices to help our planet.

Together, the collaboration also contributed £100 to Many Tears Animal Rescue, helping the dogs in their care. If you’d like to donate or adopt a dog, please check out their website.

Pretty in Pink for @4ocean🦩

We are injecting recycled plastic to create these lovely pink beads for our collaboration with @4ocean! They form the Flamingo Stack in their Colors of the Seas Collection.

No plastic goes to waste in our workshop. Every single off-cut or piece that doesn’t quite pass quality control gets broken straight back down and recycled into the next batch of Flamingo beads.
