7:45 PM — Pete Alonso homers in his first at-bat.
12:15 PM — we got to work.

Before the Mets took the field in Minnesota for game 2, we linked up with Pete at @browerbaseball for a full motion capture session. Using our @simi_reality_motion_systems, we broke down his swing, studied the data in real time, and talked through adjustments and approach.

No fluff. Just reps, detail, and execution.
The prep. The process. The payoff.

Back where it started. ⚾️

We hosted our Minnetonka Baseball Association camp at Bennett Family Park for the first time - and it was amazing!

As a former Skipper, it meant a lot to Jim Brower to head back to where it all began for him. We loved sharing our awesome coaches and incredible experience to help develop the next generation of Minnetonka players!

Players worked with Brower Baseball instructors, including former Twins Major League hitting coach Rudy Hernandez, Brower Baseball’s Director of Hitting Jordan Larson, Owner Jim Brower, Garrett McLaughlin, Noah Filer - along with former Skippers Sam Tyrpa, Isaac Wenzel and Jack Butterworth!

Skippers helping the next generation of Skippers. 💙

Coach Eric improves arm action in first workout with this talented 10 year old ball player. The throwing arm needs to be at 90 degrees when the lead leg lands. Coach Eric played 8 years in the #whitesox and #minnesotatwins organizations and has 23 years experience coaching athletes to be the best they can be, both physically and mentally. #baseballmom #browerbaseball #baseballdad #pbr #pg #pitcher taken in Minneapolis, Minnesota by @browerbaseball
