This was definitely unexpected but my artwork ended up being featured on a Queens news article after being interviewed by a reporter at the Queens Public Library for their art exhibition. Big shout out to @qplnyc for this opportunity and yeah that’s me in the middle pointing at my work haha.🎨🔥 Major thanks to @mercyraff.art for allowing me the opportunity to present my work there!
The art exhibition is still open so please

A couple days ago on Thursday I had the opportunity to present my artwork for the second year in a row at the @pancakesandbooze art show. I had a fantastic time and I’m grateful to those who were able to come to the show to show support. The 19 year old me would have never believed you if he was told he would be sharing his art work publicly on display.

I don’t make artwork to make others comfortable. My artwork is a means to shed light on our world, to show truth, and evoke a new found change in you that you were not aware of. In our current era where there is so much ignorance in regards to the diaspora wars of African descendants, I’m here to dispel myths to remind black people all over the world of our deep connection with various parts of the African continent. The only difference between an African American, Haitian, Jamaican, Cuban, or Brazilian as an example is one boat stop to a different section going back towards to the Transatlantic Slave Trade. There are more pieces along the way. Stay tuned!! #africandiaspora #diasporaseries #blackartist #global #blackyouth by @brown.artistry

This particular art piece was very important for me and I wanted to make sure I got all the details. This is the next installment of my African diaspora series and it is based in Haiti 🇭🇹 There is a lot of symbolism placed in this and if you know then you know.💯💯 Special thanks to Model: @_moroxa__

Major success with this one!🙌🏿

For this piece we have a modern day black woman who is born in Brazil. Brazil has the second highest population of black people outside of Nigeria so of course it was fitting to add this location for my diaspora series. A lot of enslaved Africans from the country of Angola were actually brought to Brazil as well.🇧🇷

My very first reel on my art page so please like, share, or comment on how you feel about it! To my current followers I appreciate y’all🔥 #brazil #africandiaspora #blackart #blackartists #breakthecycle #wemadeit by @brown.artistry

Pretty much finished. This is the next piece in my African Diaspora series. It depicts a modern day black woman who’s born in Virginia. Her ancestors are right with her in the three circles.

No matter which place you are born, you have your African roots. If you figure out the reference, dm me haha. #roots #blackpower #blackart #sprituality #mykingdom #africanculture by @brown.artistry
