Don’t follow me if I wouldn’t follow back.
this is not a blue check page.
It’s weird & suggests you’re a nut or spy.

Ran for the babies today 🥰🥰 Both my PT and I were like 🥴🥴 this race because this knee was JUST healing to get me to my half …so i was taking it easy during training 1. had to double back halfway down the MFING BRIDGE because my glove dropped and i needed to get it…so i went up that biotch 2 1/2 times 😩😩 (in hindsight i could have just left it and grabbed it on the way up the other side 🙄🙄😏… just be doing shyt for no reason 😂😂😂) 2. You can literally see in my splits EACH time my knee gave out 😩😩😩😩😂😂 2b. You can also see we’re i PUSHED through that shyt and 🏃🏿‍♀️🏃🏿‍♀️💨💨 ((🥴🥴 i probably shouldnt had… but i don’t listen and was trying to make up for time lost turning around🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️😂😂😂😂)) 3. 🤞🏿🤞🏿 that bridge didn’t faze me… ALL i do is run rolling hills 4 times a week . 4. Was taped up like a MFer and still got 15:30 despite having an injured knee and doubling back so 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿🥰🥰🥰😌😌😌 6. I slowed down to take in the scenery in mile 5- 6🤷🏿‍♀️🤷🏿‍♀️ there were baby ducks 🦆🦆🐣🐣 ❤️❤️🤷🏿‍♀️🤷🏿‍♀️ If i can get 10 miles done at 12mpm average training before the half 🤔🤨🤨🤨🤔🤔🤔…. Just can’t get distracted by animals 😩😩😩😂😂 #runthebridge #benfranklinbridge #larcnorcrossschool by @brown_111520

The fact that the two religions are suppose to protect each other and yall are letting these devils divide you is why I’m not religious…why i walked away from the church.. and why I’ve never and WONT push religion onto my children… This is why they want to get rid of books…this is why they NEED to keep you uneducated…. So they can control how you think no evidence or facts… Only fear 🤞🏿🤞🏿🤞🏿😩 I’m convinced SOME OF US BLACK PEOPLE just want to hate each other to feel superior to others and if FUCKING IRRITATES MY SOUL …. by @brown_111520
I’m so TIRED of you pretentious negros..🙄🙄 (and i knew that PAB was going to block me) Shop wherever you want to… But when they treat you like shit…. Take that shit on the chin… cause nobody told you to take your BLACK ASSES UP IN THERE.. Using the stance of the collective while PUBLICLY DOING WEIRD SHIT is not a genuine…consistent conviction.. you’re only bringing it up to feel righteous and gain the upper hand to benefit yourself … Then the nigga posted the shit 🙄🙄 looking for sympathy… INTENTIONALLY failing to recognize the GLARING contradiction of complaining about service FROM THE EXACT establishment you claim to be shunning is weirdo fucking behavior… Just like you were worried about yourself and what YOU WANTED TO DO, Nevermind and fuck what the collective is actively doing…. Feel that shyt by yourself… let it sink in your dipshit. COMPARINGYOURSELF TO NOLAN WELLS IS FUCKING WEIRD. And the Mfing hill i will stand on is if you shop there YOUR LOYALTY IS CONDITIONAL ON YOUR COMFORT LEVEL… Not what’s best for us as a whole.. Go sit over there with Nicki and the stadium of pdfers she keeps aligning with 🙄🙄 Don’t PMO… it’s election time and the amount of fuckery I’m seeing and hearing from people that look like me has me on go 🤞🏿 by @brown_111520
👁️👁️❤️❤️ by @brown_111520
My PT looked concern when i told her my long run was nine miles this week… so i went SLOWWWWWW AF… However.. My knee didn’t bother me the ENTIRE run🤗🤗.. But…i didn’t stretch (or warm up) properly so mile seven through nine i spent stretching my other leg every half a mile because my muscles KEPT tightening… like NO STRETCH TIGHTENING …i was in PAIN, but pushed through 🥺😣😌 My runs are also 75% UP HILL 😩😩😩😩 STRAVA had me at 16 minutes because it’s pauses when i stop.. Per usual … Garmin DGAF bout NONE of that and since my Garmin overrides my strava…. I’m at 18 🥴😂😂 I’m not hurting myself during training🙅🏿‍♀️…. It’s LITERALLY training…. I’ll wait until the half to end up in the hospital 🤣🤣 Next week I’m going to spilt my run…we’ll see how that goes.. 10miler 🥴 #runner #blackgirlrun #runyourrace #trainhard #marathontrainingplan by @brown_111520
