Corazón Y VidaJust got back from the Smithsonian Museum of American History, and I’m still in shock knowing one of my photos is on display there.Massive thank you to Steve for reaching out to me and trusting me with this project. Having lowriders represented in the Smithsonian isn’t just personal, it’s a huge step for our culture. It shows the world that our stories, our rides, and our communities deserve to be preserved in history.Big shoutout to all the incredible photographers who continue to inspire and push me every single day. 3 years of Brown Boy MediaIt’s crazy to think 3 years ago, I would make the decision of posting my first photo on instagram. I had no clue how that would change my life. Over the last 3 years I have been in 7 art galleries, gained 1500 followers, made photography my full time job, but most importantly, discovered who I am. I wish words could explain how thankful I am of all of you guys who support me everyday. I am so extremely grateful. We are Brown Boy Media. Yesterday, I had the incredible honor of speaking at the annual Leadership Lowrider Bike Club conference alongside a group of truly inspiring alumni. Being invited back in this way is something I don’t take lightly. It’s a full circle moment that reminds me just how much this organization has shaped who I am today.What started as a chapter in my life has become a lifelong connection. To not only have gone through this program, but to still stand with it years later, means more than I can fully put into words. This club doesn’t just build bikes, it builds confidence, community, and opportunity.Seeing how much it has grown, and the countless young people it continues to uplift, guide, and support, is powerful. This isn’t just a club, it’s a legacy, and I’m grateful to still be a part of it. by @brown_boy_media

SOLD — 2026 Annual Art Auction Feeling incredibly grateful that someone saw value in a piece I created. I’m really proud of how it turned out, and even more thankful that I had the opportunity to donate it to the @lawrenceartscenter .I was also lucky enough to meet the person who won the silent auction. Being able to share the story behind my work and hear his kind words meant a lot.This moment isn’t just a win for me, it’s a win for aspiring Chicano artists everywhere. La Catrina has officially been donated to the @lawrenceartscenter for their annual Art Auction! It’s a special feeling to know that the labor, patience, and love behind a piece can serve a purpose beyond itself. The Art Center has been my workplace this past year, but its role in the Lawrence community stretches back long before I arrived. Donating this piece felt like a small gesture of gratitude to a place that has given so much. by @brown_boy_media

First mixed media piece — La Catrina, 2026For the first time, I stepped away from behind the camera and worked with my hands instead of a lens.Twenty hours, a lot of glue, and a few lessons later:• Wireless rotary tools are overrated.• Glue is way messier than it looks.• Always give yourself more time than you think you’ll need.Watching an idea leave my head and become something real was the best part.Even more meaningful was the chance to explore my culture and build something where every inch holds intention.This is just the beginning.What should I make next? by @brown_boy_media
