It’s a privilege to do hard things.

12 hours 42 minutes in the English Channel.

By the time I finished, one hamstring tendon was ruptured, the other leg had been hit by the boat’s propeller, and I couldn’t even pull myself out of the water.

The pilot had to pull me back onto the boat.

But we finished. 🏊‍♂️🌊

English Channel.
One more reminder that the body may reach its limit, but the mind can still choose to keep going.

Grateful for the pain.
Grateful for the people.
Grateful for the privilege of doing something this hard.
