💙 At Build & Balance Chiropractic, taking care of families goes far beyond the walls of our office!
Many of you know that our passion for helping families extends into Brown Boys Benefit, a nonprofit born from our family’s personal NICU journey.
Just as we believe in building healthier, stronger families through chiropractic care, we believe in lifting up families during some of their most difficult moments. Giving back to the community that has supported us means everything! ❤️

👣 Some footprints never fade from our hearts. ❤️
Today, Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day, we honor the babies who left us far too soon and the families who carry their love every day.
For our family, that love has a name: Colton.
Although Colton isn’t here with us physically, we feel his spiritual presence every day. He remains close to our hearts, woven into our family and the purpose behind Brown Boys Benefit.
That’s what makes our co-branded apparel with Waggle and UNRL so meaningful to us. Those little footprints are a reminder of Colton, of the love that never leaves, and of the families we’re committed to supporting.
Seeing our community wear them means more than we can put into words. You’re helping carry his memory forward while supporting families with babies in the NICU. ❤️
To every parent remembering a baby today: your baby matters. Your love matters. And you are not alone.

❤️ Full plates. Full hearts. And not a dry eye in the room.
Sunday evening at White Rabbit Kitchen was one we’ll remember for a long time. Incredible food, wonderful people, and so many reminders of why we do what we do at Brown Boys Benefit.
To everyone who purchased this dinner at our gala—THANK YOU! Your generosity made this evening possible. And to everyone who showed up and supported us, thank you for helping us continue showing up for families with babies in the NICU. ❤️
To our friends at White Rabbit Kitchen: you’ve been showing up for us for YEARS, and we hope you know how much that means.
You always go above and beyond—from the incredible food to the hospitality and care you put into making people feel welcome. Sunday was another example of the heart behind everything you do.

❤️ 149 DONATIONS AND COUNTING! Talk about RIDICULOUS generosity! 🍷🍝
Some people talk about giving back to their community. Others just keep showing up and DOING IT!
A HUGE thank you to our incredible friends at Purpose Restaurants, Salt & Flour, Hope Breakfast Bar, Chef Brian, and the entire team!
We recently enjoyed an unbelievable five-course private dinner at Salt & Flour that we purchased at WineFest. The food, hospitality, and entire experience were absolutely incredible!
But here’s what makes these guys so special…
This was the 149th time Purpose Restaurants has donated! 🤯👏
And their generosity doesn’t stop at WineFest. They’ve continued to support Brown Boys Benefit through our Baldamar event, our annual gala, and so much more.
These guys are genuinely some of the most generous people we know. Their willingness to give their time, talent, resources, and incredible experiences to help others is something we will never take for granted.
To our friends at Purpose Restaurants: THANK YOU! Not just for an amazing evening, but for believing in what we’re doing and continuing to help us support families with babies in the NICU.
