🔥 HOT TAKE: oatmilk might be one of the reasons your acne isn’t clearing. it’s marketed as ‘healthy’… but many versions are highly processed, can spike blood sugar, and may contribute to inflammation

if you’re doing everything right and your skin still isn’t improving… this could be why. don’t ignore the small things because they definitely add up 🤍

1,000 hours were finally reached. i can’t explain the amount of emotions i went through clocking out for the last time at the school i spent almost all of my time the last 7 months. 💚 it was truly a bittersweet moment. i remember starting school, and thinking how far away and impossible it was hitting those hours, and it finally came! i’ve made so many new friends, met so many amazing people, and will forever hold everyone a special place in my heart 🫶🏼 thank you to everyone who believed in me. my instructors, my classmates, my friends, and most importantly, my family 🙏🏼 this is only the beginning! 🧖🏼‍♀️✨🩷
