What a way to end the season of Farmers' Markets at @lachattownfarm. The weather was on pause, the people showed up, the music was great and then how about that sky! If you haven't been to Lachat there's a whole Fall and Winter of events coming up so go to their website or simply show up one day and walk through the fields. It's magic every day on the Farm. Hope to see you there. https://lachattownfarm.org taken in Lachat Town Farm by @bruceplotkinphotography

Community! That's what @lachattownfarm has come to represent for our little town of @weston.ct and last night's gathering for @longesttablecommunity was a perfect example. Couples, families, kids (and yes babies) were seated together with total strangers, sharing their food and conversation, taking in the beauty of the Farm on a perfect late summer night, hours after the torrential rains stopped, listening to some brilliant jazz by a local high school trio and as the sun set over the golden fields of Leon Lachat's Farm, departing with full stomachs and new friendships. And that, my friends, is community. Thanks to all who made this possible. What a night it was! taken in Lachat Town Farm by @bruceplotkinphotography

Another memorable evening at Weston's own @lachattownfarm. A coming together of 160 people, couples, families, babies at the Farm's very first (won't be the last) @longesttablecommunity gathering. Sharing stories, food and music. New friendships made as our community spirit grows at each new event and in each new season. What a great night, what a wonderful Farm. Thanks to @misanita79 and all who make this possible. taken in Lachat Town Farm by @bruceplotkinphotography
