Bhupendra Singh Aulakh

It is with profound sadness that we share in the passing of our dear & close friend, Bhupendra.
What started as a conversation at Goodlife Fitness [Bhupendra initiating the introduction], developed into a 3+ years friendship.
As this friendship developed, he became part of our family, present at all the holidays...our door was always open to him whenever he wanted & we looked forward to his visit be it a day, a weekend or longer...with all due respect to his Mom & Dad back home we cared for him as our "Canadian son"!!!
Bhupendra was so wise well beyond his 26 years...philosophical on life, politics, the world & religion...as his brother would tell us..."you will never win a debate w/ him!!!
The moment you would meet him, you would be captivated by his smile, his charm, his personality, knowledge & yet, his humility.
We miss him each & every day & cherish the memories of having him in our lives.
Oh, and btw, he loved to sing [ as you see on the last image]....
After a generous GoFundMe campaign, Bhupendra was flown home on Friday....he was laid to rest today in his hometown of Jaipur.🙏 by @brucewilson875

Delhi....bonus as our tour host...#boutindiatours changed our original hotel & arranged our final 2 days in the #tajmahaldelhi, one of the finest hotels in Delhi..spoiled for 36 hours!!!!🙏 taken in THE TAJ MAHAL HOTEL. New Delhi by @brucewilson875

We left Chandigarh & arrived in Shimla after a 7+ hr drive north..gateway to the Himalaya's & capital of Himachal Pradesh state.....rich in British history as seen by the Vice Regal Lodge, Christ Church & the Gaiety Theatre (exclusive to the Brits!!!🤔)...w/ our wonderful guide of Nepalese descent to educate us on all this area! taken in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh by @brucewilson875

Day 3 on...left Delhi & drove to Vrindavan..birthplace of Krishna w/ 2 grand temples...can see one day & nite....then on to Lucknow w/ this monument built during the Mughal era w/ a labyrinth of narrow stairs...need your guide to not get lost!!!....& then checked into the beautiful Taj Mahal, here, hotel for 2 nites...incredible property....flying to Chandigarh today!! taken in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh by @brucewilson875
